Thank you, Alan for the story about Coach Paulson's injury.Just injured my foot a few days ago missing a step going downstairs. I'm going to try to find a way to adjust the footwork to be that much more efficient. Perhaps with the cane that I'm using and the alive hand. Cheers from Ottawa.
