Day 7 सबसे पहले तो Thank You so much Amit sir for this amazing book summary 😊❤️ किसी भी कामयाब इंसान की कामयाबी का सीक्रेट होता है उनकी आदतें, उनका dialy schedule. इसलिए अगर हमे भी कामयाब होना है तो हमें भी अपनी बुरी आदतों को अच्छी आदतों बदलना और अपने dialy schedule को सही तरीके से डिजाइन करने करने की जरूरत है, हमे इसके लिए सबसे पहले अपने हेल्थ पर फोकस करना होगा for example daily कम से कम 20 मिनट के लिए excersice करना, डेली 8 घण्टे की proper नींद लेना, हेल्थी और समय पर भोजन करना, रात में जितना हो सके उतना जल्दी सो जाना, खाने के टाइमटेबल को fix करना, सुबह और दोपहर में खाने को क्वांटिटी ज्यादा रखना और रात में अपनी भुख से आधा खाना खाना, रात के खाने के बाद 20 मिनट नेचुरल लाइट में walk करना, सुबह भी natural light में कुछ देर walk करना, सोने से 1 घंटे पहले ही अपने फोन को चलाना छोड़ देना, जिससे की हमारा दिमाग पूरे दिनभर फ्रेश रह सके, daily meditation करना, अपने daily schedule को अपने बॉडी के हिसाब से design करना, अपने आज के सारे काम को समय पर खत्म करना ताकि next day के लिए कोई प्रेशर न रहे, धीमी धीमी सांसे लेने से stress दूर होता है। अब अंत में इतना ही कहूंगा Thank You so much Amit sir 😊❤️

Day 7 challenge completed The lessons I have learned from this video is (1) wake 1 hr earlier from usual time for exercise and meditation (2) make todolist to complete task (3) fix time for sleeping and wake up to maintain circadian rhythm (4) Taking heavy diet in the afternoon and avoid heavy diet in the night (5) Do workout in the morning (6) go for morning walk or jogging for natural light. I'm a beginner so I will do jogging of 1 min and 3 min of walking (7) Avoid electronic devices 1 hr before sleep (8) avoid eating dinner just before sleep. Best time for meal is 6 to 6:30pm (9) fix time for meals (10) avoid doing excess workouts (11) Avoid junk food, spicy foods in the night include protein the diet for dinner

Use our body's internal clock - To do the work properly, it is very important to do it on time. We do three things to change our habits - + Set a bed time - you sleep well than you feel energetic and control your stress . + Heavy diet - do the heaviest diet in the afternoon. + Workout - Start every morning go out and doing workout. 2. Sleep - miraculous works like a medicine - Taking 8 hours good sleep do we physically and mentally fit. Use these to improve your sleep - + Natural light - it is primary system, it connects your sleep and wakes time. + Morning walk - it is beneficial for health. + Night light - take this, you have to prepare your body for the sleep. + Meal & Sleep time - Eat less and on time at night to digest appropriately and remove the instruction in your sleep. 3. "health is weatlh so it must be maintained". My outcomes of this book:- 1- Eat food at a fixed time followed by a nutritious breakfast, heavy lunch, light dinner, and walk after each meal 2- sleep at a fixed time 10:30pm is ideal 3- Wake early in the morning by doing a workout, morning walk, and meditation 4- plan your day ahead the night before including choosing clothes, preparing breakfast 5- avoid social media instead read books and do journaling

Day 19 - Thank you Sir for explaining Change Your Schedule Change Your Life book. My takeaway from this book are use internal clock to change your schedule to complete daily routine work on time. Wake up early and sleep on time. Eat healthy diet. Do exercise, yoga, meditation daily. To avoid distractions complete tasks on time, read books. To overcome problems set yourself according to right schedule, make changes to see improvement and work consistently.

Day 19 :- Mein bhi mere paper ke liye prepare kar raha hu to last 96 days se bahut strict schedule follow kar raha hu . Bich bich me bahut si baar kuch chije miss kar deta hu , but nothing is perfect naa. I am just trying to be consistent and for maintaining and noticing it I am using Goal Tracker application and I regularly tick when I complete my task.

Day 19 complete THANK you universe The author combines Ayurvedic wisdom and the application of medical science to explain why so many people’s solutions fail to address their obesity, insomnia and other bodily ailments. No one can force their body to behave against basic biological rhythms without there being negative outcomes at some point. There is some repetition of the main concepts, but the book is well written and organized, and the patient stories seem realistic.

Day 19. Okay this is one of those book which talks about having a fixed routine and it is so much important. By eating rightly we fuel our body for the daily tasks, and if we are disciplined enough to follow a set sleep cycle its wonderful coz we won't be feeling low. And yes by taking low dinner we allow our digestive system to work properly. People complaint of having depression anxiety, I feel they should go for early morning walk, excercise heavily, meditate daily and be happy about everything than I think this way half of their problems would be solved

DAY-19 Learning outcomes.... Set a bed time( usually i have 11 oclock on weekdays and 3 am on weekends because I work more. Have heavy diet in the afternoon usually i have heavy diet i am at home. Workout in the morning ( i do physical activity in afternoon) Go out in natural light for better sleep, i do it everyday. Have a distant time between meal time and sleep( on weekends I have ) Have same meal time everyday. I have this. Thankyou 😊
