Yes, I loved QVC. Bought many nice items over the years. Hardly ever watch it or purchase anymore. Hate that they got rid of some of the best hosts and hired a bunch of ding bats. They all talk at the same time, don't let vendors speak. No more QVC for me.
Those channels made alot of money 💰 off me, I watched for years! No longer prices are too high but through out the years they were my go to and got some great deals ❤🎉😊😊
And now you have to bag for return labels! I’m 75 and don’t have a printer so I have to call and then wait 7 to 10 days for slip to arrive! Looks like it’s back to the mall for me or Amazon!😢

I too LOVED QVC. But I’m so disappointed these past years. This Xmas season I haven’t bought anything because of the ridiculous prices and then most of all the return fees. They don’t have the wonderful garden selection like they used too. Loved Stan Herman but now … blah. Belle is ridiculously expensive. Quality is way down.
You are right. A lot of junk now. Quality of cloths now terrible. They do too much talking and trying to perform. I rarely watch it any more. I started at the beginning of QVC. What a change. I even went to buying food. Most of it is not that good but has a big price on it. Sorry.
I no longer shop at QVC. Prices are through the roof and the quality has gown downhill. Not what it use to be. I have found Philosophy items at Marshall’s and TJMaxx at a fraction of the cost QVC charges!
I'm not buying as much as I did from QVC anymore. The quality has gone down the drain. I actually spoke to a CS Rep when I had to do a return and she asked me a lot of questions. She said that management needed to hear this kind of feedback. I'd encourage all of you costumers to let your opinions heard.
Yes I believe that QVC has changed. The quality is not the same as it used to be. What I hate MOST is when they put these young hosts in frumpy clothes that I wouldn’t even wear at age 67. Anyway, I hardly buy from them anymore. I can purchase items from online retailers who don’t charge to return items.
Carolyn asked Gary to design a button down shirt, but not cotton. He did and it came in a slew of colors. I had no need for that type of blouse so I didn’t buy it. I do not follow the hosts “design”. Yes that stuff and most things on the Q are over priced. I have taken advantage of some casual tops from D&C that have a deal, but not like I used to. I’ve curtailed shopping since they fired my favorite Carolyn.
I bought J591 from Kathy Levin 35 years ago so i know where this show was and where it is now....if not for Rick and Kathy and Mary Beth, i would never watch it again. It s turned into the Susan and Belle channel now...with non stop food at outrageous prices....it use to be a joy to have on, now i flip on by
I purchased an item that did not fit. They always included a return label, but not anymore. I called customer service they told me I could purchase a return label for $6.95, I laughed at that and wrote one by hand myself. Then they told me I used their label, which I did not. Had to once again call CS to get this amount also refunded. Their clothes are cheap and very expensive. Never again QVC I am done with you.
A couple of months ago, I ordered 13 pairs of jeans, size petite, because I lost weight. They shipped separatedly, in 3 packages, sent from QVC's warehouse in California (where I live.) No tags on anything, 3 pairs of Isaac Mizrahi jeans were defective (seams running down the leg were crooked) - and 1 pair of another brand fit, except the waist was huge. I kept 3 pairs and returned 8. Three pairs were sent in a very small cardboard box -- what a turn off. So unprofessional. Took me hours to figure out what I ordered by number, brand and price. When I received my statement -- I couldn't figure out what I paid in total --- how much they credited me for returning the defective jeans, etc. etc. I've been watching the Q since 1995 and bought so many things --- I don't like the new QVC!!!! I don't know one host from another --- lack of humor - and hard sell. I do enjoy everything I've purchased over the years. I know times are tough now and prices have increased -- life has changed!!!!
Have been a customer for many years. Recently it has changed. Prices are high, quality is lacking and I don’t appreciate their return costs. Very disappointed in the way QVC is going. Won’t be buying from them in the future.
All old good real designers 're long gone . George Simonton ..😥 " Designer " now probably buys cheap stuff somewhere and sells On TV screen for much more. Times are changed, sadly .
I bought all of my work clothes from Susan Graver and casual clothes from Denim and Co. no more. Your prices are so high which has floored me. I am over 6:18 and out!
What really gets me is that during the covid outbreak...they had the highest price items on there...what the hell were they thinking...people weren't working...things people needed were hard to come by and here they had this stuff that was so expensive. Still have prices that are so high...especially in women's clothes....yup...QVC...not at all what it was...and I don't want to even get into the Hosts...who are these people!!!!
I don’t shop there any more. When the formula for Amazing Grace was changed I realized quality was gone. I also do not like quite a few hosts and new brands.
I still miss Dan Hughes and Carolyn Gracie. I just wish they would curtail all the silly giggling that goes on occasionally. Of course, David Venable is still serious about his presentations, and I like that. So “thar ya go! “. And I do enjoy the food items.
I used to watch and buy from QVC all the time. I have bought some really nice jewelry in the past. Now, I don't even watch anymore. All they sell is either absolute junk or items priced so high, no one can afford it. I refuse to buy groceries and make payments on them. I saw a package of chicken...chicken...that had 12 pieces for $80.00. TWELVE pieces of CHICKEN for $80.00. I can go to the grocery store and buy enough beef for 10 people for $80.00. They sell 4 lbs of ham for about $97.00. I just bought several 8 lb hams for about $8.00 each at the grocery store. I think the worst part of QVC is the way they have treated some of their hosts. They let two of the best they had go not long ago. Then they hired 4 new ones who don't know how to sell anything. I don't get it. You fire 2 to save money then hire 4. This was after they laid off 400 other employees. I remember when a warehouse of theirs in North Carolina burned down. QVC kept saying how sorry they were and that they were helping them. Then they refused to rebuild the warehouse and about 400 people were out of work. I don't do business with people like that. Horrible...just horrible. If you are buying from QVC, you are feeding a monster.
Really enjoy watching,especially being able to purchase designer clothing,make up etc. What I'm not wild about,is some of the host chatting over guest, as the guest is explaining about their product. Yes, prices are higher, shipping and handling is crazy, I try and take advantage of free when offered. Loves the Dennis Baso Gala..❤
QVC has been going down for years, but prices jacked up. Returning an item is ridiculously inconvenient with no return document. Not worth my time or money. Chatty, silly hosts are a huge turn off.
I can buy the same thing at Kohl's or J.C. Penney that has better quality and cost way less. I don't think a tank top should ever cost over $49.00. I don't care if it is modal. They have modal, rayon/span, and liquid knit at Kohl's and J.C.Penney.
I cutz WAY back on buying from QVC…..high prices, low quality, shipping should always be free ! When I do order from them a lot,of my purchases come without return labels 😡. I have to call them and have them send me one in the mail which takes about 10 days. That is a BIG turn off ! All orders should always come with return labels. Bottom line …..I hardly order from them anymore. The studio park line is so so….not really impressed by it.
I was a customer back when it was CVN. Almost 35 years. Quality was excellent. HSN had poor quality jewelry and clothes. Now QVC quality has really slipped. Prices are insane. I havent watched their programming on tv in 3 years. I have bought a few things by looking items up online. But once i pay off my bill, that will be my end with QVC.
I haven't looked at the collections. I'm not really a clothes shopper. I watch QVC and HSN for gadgets, I guess you would say. The last thing was the photo storage device, the "Clickfree". If I see something I really like at a fair price, I would consider ordering it. In my case, I just don't need any more clothes. When I retired, I did a big purge of my closet and donated a lot of nice clothes. They were just taking up valuable space.
I watched about 20 min of the Dennis Basso show for his 30th anniversary and later came back and tried again. I own 3 of his excellent items so I was interested. The beginning was fun and exciting when Dennis arrived and then I just could not watch! The entire show went downhill. The inside lighting looked awful. They could have stayed at Studio Park. The mansion did not make sense because the site was not used to its best advantage. I think most viewers felt lost. The commotion all around was embarrassing. Rude and constant talking over one another. Some of the hosts do not know how to present themselves in a formal setting like this. Their behavior is rough and their voices are harsh. Dennis was hyperactive and ready for some fun and the hosts would not let him describe the items. His personal experiences make the item interesting and this is cut off by the hosts. The hosts were lauding all over him as they tried to get him to focus but it seemed insincere and patronizing. Dennis did not deserve this. A few of the excellent models knew how to be professional amidst the confusion. Later I switched back and Amy was talking to Dennis and still trying to get the show focused but she was smiling in a nervous way. It came across as patronizing. Sorry to say because she seems like a nice person who did not mean that. I think she was just trying to be polite and keep Dennis focused. Dennis is selling an excellent product and also a lifestyle. Dennis wants to have fun and create a mood for the clothes which gives the viewers incentive to buy and I guess the hosts hear the producers telling them the time is ticking. My biggest complaint about QVC is the hosts have a representative for the product on the air and do not use them to their best advantage or talk all over them. When a show is live....what can the rep do? Sometimes it feels like a little power struggle is happening. Personally, I think they are all worried about keeping their jobs and want to be noticed. It looks desperate and who can blame them with QVC's history.
I have been a QVC watcher for over 30 years. Definitely a lot of changes. I don’t buy a fraction of what I used to buy. I still buy Philosophy from time to time. And, I barely watch either.
I have found great prices on Philosophy at Bealls and Marshall's, I just got 2 32oz Gingerbread Man Body Wash at Bealls for $16.99 each last week. I don't have a Home Goods or TJ Maxx but they should get Philosophy in also.
The bottom line, really is everything has gotten more expensive as you know if you go to the grocery store, buy gas, etc. What did it for me was the denim and Company for instance, jeans that I loved that were probably 90+ percent cotton are now Around 60 and they stretch out. Along with all the other brands of jeans. in order for them to keep a decent price point so people will watch and buy, the quality went down. I think that's true everywhere.
I agree prices are high and some of the quality is not very good. And the hostess I don't care for they are rude they interrupt the vendor and I don't like the new hostess that they have and now the hostess are becoming designer quality is going down I recently returned a lot of items. I am trying to stay away.
Used to love QVC not so much anymore. The designs are boring and the quality has deteriorated. The hosts seem like oily second hand car dealers who will say anything to get the product sold. I also noticed they used the same model for before and after shots for 2 different brand wrinkle creams. So which one are you to believe? Also please notice, after photos are usually lighter than the before photos literally washing away the wrinkles.
I fully agree. I don't like all these changes and Studio Park! Brought 1 piece but I won't be buying more! Not as great a quality or style as Susan Graver for sure.
QVC has gone the way of the world, downhill! They get a new management with all these new ideas that don’t work, pick host that are not likable, some are just so arrogant and act like you’re lucky to listen to them Shawn. The quality has really gone down. I’ve got all my clothes from QVC for the last 10 or 15 years but we completely stopped my sister and I. It’s all just so sad. Really you need to tell yourself what are they doing? Don’t fix it if it wasn’t broke!
Agreed. Too much food,too many new young host and items not interested in. Have bought thousands of dollars since ‘98. Haven’t in about a yr. Still have a + balance. Don’t like items or host.
QVC has changed and not in a good way, in my opinion. Quality has changed. Even Issac’s quality is not the same. I purchased several items and had to return, so no more Issac for me. I am not enamored by the hosts either. Rarely watch anymore.
Haven’t purchased any Studio Park items. Reluctant to order any clothes due to the expense of returning something that doesn’t fit. I have ordered a blanket on sale and a Temptations discontinued Christmas tea pot. I already have the gingerbread tray that my sister gifted me so hoping they make a nice set. The background of both is the ginger light brown color!
I do not like the Studio Park items they are too expensive just like some of the items they are selling. I love Denim & Co., Quackery Factory now not so much the prices are ridiculous too expensive. Many people are trying to get items that are not so expensive, the quality and waiting so long to get the items. Now, more than ever we all have to watch our budgets, but everything is too expensive. I am sick of them repeating that this is high end better than the box stores etc. I truly watch QVC less and less when they start with these kind of comments I immediately turn the channel. Sorry, QVC keep it up and stop making us feel less than!!!
I don’t buy from them anymore, they are too expensive and the products are not good quality. I loved some of there host but when they got rid of Antonite not sure that is the way she spelled her name, I thought she was so funny and nice so I quit watching them as much. Quaker is way too expensive and when they say sale, that is a laugh it isn’t even that much off and then with the shipping. I don’t look for them to be on the air too much longer because unless you are rich you can’t afford them, this day & time. SAD they let such good host go. And why doesn’t Shawn do something with that hair and with those glasses she doesn’t look like she use to.
Yes i bought one piece of Studio Park and back it went. The fabric was cheap and stiff. I bought so much over the years but no more. The hosts talk over product reps and call ins. I cannot stand Rick for shouting and cutting people off. Susan Graver cannot stop talking. Some of the new hosts are terrible. Another main reason I won't buy anymore is it takes forever to get my money back on returns.
The hosts push too hard! They all seem as though they were sent to acting school…😊so dramatic…I check in with the channel on occasion but it doesn’t take me long to change the channel. Saving lots of money….I had watched since they were on tv only 3 years after they started….I don’t know what happened to QVC…but it turned me off….forced laughter and happiness all the time.😂
I get where QVC is coming from. They are aiming at a younger audience. Face it life around us is always changing. Nothing stays the same forever and the hosts don't either. Eventually they want to retire like everyone else and older customers will eventually be gone as well. If QVC stays stuck in the past and doesn't freshen up with newer younger hosts then where will they be when the oldies, hosts and customers are gone? As far as pricing goes their prices are up like EVERYTHING else. Food is outrageous everywhere and forget gasoline prices, etc.
I use to watch and buy from the food shows. I thought it odd that the hosts seem to not want to eat the food. I remember David use to really sell the food items with his appetite.
No I don't like the new show host. And Studio Park is too expensive. The quality has changed. It's not like it use to better. They made the mistake of letting some of the more popular host go.
Hosts are worried for their jobs and pushing too hard , Instructed by bosses. You can feel the tension. New Almost all of them are terrible. Fight for survival.
I shop QVC more than I should. The quality has changed and the fit of their clothes is a gamble. The program hosts talk too much about their personal lives and they’re very casual when presenting. It seems that many of the newbies follow after Shawn - she’s my least favorite and I turn the channel when she’s on. Leah and Mary Beth have remained steadfast and consistent.
I bought a sweater from Alberti and I like it a lot. I wasn't watching QVC in the 90's but I do now and enjoy it. maybe QVC is doing what they think the newer buyers want.
Too expensive..even Isaac Mìzrahi got too expensive..$70 for pants..not including shipping and tax..Studio Park..no..also too expensive..and it takes forever to get your order..I have ordered a few "as is" items and they came perfect..and cheap..I don't do home shopping anymore..luckily I have more then enough stuff..😂
I used to buy slot at QVC but not anymore. Now I think it is over price for the quality. Especially when you add shipping. I recently ordered a shirt from D and C quality was very poor for the price so I send it back. The same day I has ordered a cardigan from Isaac and when it arrived it was huge. It didn't say on the presentation it was oversized nor did did it oversized on the model. Also the pkg said it did not qualify for regular return policy so I just donated to charity. I also ordered a TSV blanket and got notice on 12/23 they could not fulfill the order. Sorry. Well it was a Christmas gig t. So I was stuck . I would their lack of good customer, service ,and good quality, for the price, has lost me for a customer. Now if you wear an 4, 5 or 6 x like my fried does you might want to show there because those those those sizes are hard to find but other that that I think so.
Kathy Levine had several dimonique pieces designed for her specifically a ring she used to sell. She was a very popular host. That was years ago. This is nothing new.
I Really love to watch Luminara candles from Janine. I was prepared to purchase her line of Picks with matching ornaments. Very Sad to see QVC had different ideas for her Beautiful items. She's a wonderful person with Beautiful items.!
Yes, the quality on QVC is going down, the prices are really too expensive and the Studio Park collections is a way to get more people interested in the hosts so they can up the prices. No, I am very disappointed on the quality, the hosts they have such as Kerstin, Amy Stran they are so full of themselves. Sick of being indoctrinated by Kerstin and some others religion etc. I will not buy if these people come on and preach, they should go to another channel preach their beliefs. I am sure others see what they are up to.
I hate when the host talks over or interrupts the designer-especially Jane Treacy. And putting her with Susan Graver is a catastrophe!!. I don’t think they listen to the voices of the new hosts or even some of the regulars. Some are bland monotone==Courtney- and others are so squeaky-and when they and Susan Graver are on, I set the TV on mute. They say how wonderful the items are, but when you get them home-NOT!! Have not bought studio park, don’t want to take the chance. I hope customer service and personnel read these comments and do something about the programming. How can they sell 10 beauty products all day and say each is the best. I have purchased some of these useless products. Most items are quality exaggerated. Save your money. Buy were you can. Try on and item and return with no charge.
I will not buy from QVC anymore. Prices are much higher, quality is lower, and even if an item is defective and returned you still are charged shipping both ways. DONE. Hello amazon.
I rarely watch Qvc any more after being a loyal customer 35 years. Do not like the hosts the way they talk over each other and the way they are dressed. Not professional at all Also they rarely mention the actual price of something all the say is you can get it home for “x” amount which is really the 1 of 5 payments. It has gone down hill that’s for sure
I don't watch anymore. I do still purchase a few items. I loved it when Lisa Robertson was there! Quality, outstanding style, competitive pricing and free returns. Therre merger wth HSN has been a disaster, in my view! HNS sells lower end merchandise and now QVC is following suit! That Belle woman is a "personality" and is not a designer. She is a total turn off to me. I would never purchase studio park.
Loved qvc. Not crazy about it that much. The cater to the wealthy a d the hosts always add put a 1 in front of it! Really. I we t shopping to brick and motor stores this year and bought more and less money. I don't shop at high end places!
I bought a Leah Williams Studio Park style front button poncho with arm holes and the style/knit quite nice. Otherwise, that’s it. It is quite nice and very versatile.😊 It’s my only purchase. I think one has to be selective In purchasing from QVC as it has changed and with inflation, prices have increased.
Not impressed with any of the new hosts. Too silly, too ditzy. Especially don’t care for or watch Jen Jen, Kerstin, and the whole array of newbies. Why 2 hosts? The good ones can hold their own. Some of the product reps are just as bad - Graver never shuts up but I do like her “assistant” who stands in for her. Also like watching Kim Gravel - she’s a stitch. Don’t buy much anymore, just a few select products. Have gotten really expensive for the quality.
The clothing is of cheap quality SG in particular. I’m 68 and would never order anything from her polyester stuff. Kim Gravel has a better grasp on what today’s woman wants. No granny clothes from her line. The hosts do a fair job but Shawm K is a disgrace,sloppy,unkempt,and a a cheapness about er. The glasses for one. I adore Amy she’s on it in all areas. Mary is a hoot with Kim G. Mr Papaj is a joy too. Jane needs to grow up and shut up. Marybeth is a lovely woman but I feel she’d rather be at home with family. That’s it❤
