Applied last year got to medical check but unfortunately dislocated my shoulder. Thanks for the info this is very helpful for my training. Applying again May 14th 💪🏼

I think it's more upper body strength than cardio from June 2024 onwards. Feel free to take this with a grain of salt though.

@@NISHADD00 I assume you just apply on the royal navy website just like everyone else. They only take a set number of commonwealth each year though.
