Think you need a new shock absorber on that drive axle and looked like you put brake paste on side of friction material.only a dab on edge of back plate

What he said, I don’t want to be negative but you put brake paste on the side of the brake pad friction material it should just be on the edge of the steel back plate or the brake pad carrier on the calliper.

Keep an eye on your shock absorbers the protective sleeve is missing. Sure your aware. Great vlog dude love seeing your videos.

When adjusting your brakes up I recommend you go as tight as possible then go build air up in truck pump the foot back 1-2 times go back and you will be able to tighten the calliper more

It looked like you got grease on the friction material of the pad when you put the grease on tge side of the pads. Thats the quickest way to kill pads and discs

Great video & doesn’t seem quite as daunting as we first thought. Is a brake test mandatory once new pads/discs are fitted or purely for peace of mind given the mileage you do in the truck?
