Changing Buckets: Deere 200CL 

Good to see that there are hard working AMERICAN guys like me that wear Carhartt, tucked in flannel shirts, and Red Wing boots. I have high regard of both of you based on just how you dress, shows a lot of pride in your work. Keep the great videos coming!

I'm 70 and just wanna tell ya'll that you should NEVER wallop the end of pin with a hammer. Steel is soft and will bulge out and youll end up rebushing or something. You must keep those pins greased and clean. I know most of you have modern quick change buckets of which i know nothing but if you use old fashioned pins youre taking big chance pounding on them.. take the weight and them pull them out

Depends where you buy and the material, They are the only boots that hold up for me, I can go through a pair of Carolina's in 6 months, the Red Winggs last me a good 2 years.

sure some strange looking buckets made down there. Why does that cleanup bucket have a gusset up the centre? Is that made of mild steel? Wow looks like you got quite the workout on that. Its funny you have the fastest grease gun on this video, yet ironically, the most archaic thumb and bucket setup I've seen since looking at Charlie's old Cat excavators. ...yet but its on a very late model new Deere 200C/ZX200 Hitachi, LOL ah well. That's a quick change? I thought with a quick change you hit a switch and it comes off, then you pick up another bucket and start working.

our protable boring machine is mainly for solving the problem!

a machine without a quick coupler is unherd of in the uk !

Why Chris ? Is it mainly soft ground? In the area we work around here you are pretty Mickey mouse if you don't have a Hyd quick attach If you have to change from a hoe ram to a bucket ten times a day that takes a long time

here in Finland we have this time a lot of snow on the ground

@UnitCrane514 Unfortunately most of the Carhartt clothes are made other places now.Shirts from Asian countries,and pants from Mexico.

Ive done those they can get a it annoying but there no to terrible to switch though i do prefer the automatic quick couplar ones

@chuck738 all my carhart is made in mexico or one of those latin american countries acept for the coat and overalls that i found in my dads closet that are to yrs old but never worn :) a little big but im happy that there made in america

If that was a quick coupler it would only take about 20 seconds to do what u guys did.

Just had a pin crush my index finger today and it really sucks

With a REAL quickcupler that would been taking max 15 seconds,,

i have a 4ton and i can manae to switch buckets in 1 minute

hit that son of a bitch!!!!!!!! lol
