Changing disc . How to change replace disc blade in makita angle grinder

My uncle gifted me his old one and because of you I realized the button to lock the disc in place was missing (there's a hole in the back I assumed was just a crack in the frame). I managed to hold it steady with a screwdriver while using the removal tool and viola! Much appreciated

the top thingy should be upside.down depending on whether you are using a blade or grinding disc per other video.....

The wrong side of the disc. Never install it like this. This way is very dangerous!

It is wrong.. On putting the disc.. The manufacturer print is always in the bottom side.. Or facing the angle grinder..

where is the safety guide? you should make sure also you disconnected the grinder from the power point.

Any chance can change the cutting disc and put a wire brush to grind and clean welds

Thanks.. Doesn't work if you habe a thick blade installed that warps outwards. There is not enough space to grab. Will work for thinner blades

Dangerous without the guard on, and should have the handle on also.

Its very dangerous... Never try this set up.. That's not the proper way to put the grinder disc in the angle grinder..

If you do not know what you are doing don’t post any videos,you are installing that disc in the wrong position.

In my mind,you will change 4 inch disc to 7 inch disc.

This is why I voted Brexit.
