Watch the removal of an electrical / telephone type pole. My pasture garden and driveway had 3.5-foot trenches dug through them in order for two 250-amp electricity service to be run to the studio and also to the Quonset hut/barn. I didn't want ugly overhead power lines, so they were run underground. What a catastrophe. While we were without electricity and internet for a short amount of time (at least at the main house) the worst part was being without water for three days as the plumbing was broken in multiple spots. There was still water at the front of the property just not in the house. Anyway, the electric company was very respectful of my plants and not one suffered damage. I did have to transplant a bunch but, currently, they are all fine. I do have to patch up and replant but looking forward to having added electricity and no more ugly overhead power lines!
