Lol....is it just me or is the fact that my environment here (9 yrs later) is reflecting the very abnormal sound/tech issues a pretty weird thing? Just me? 🤷♀️....just thought I'd ask...
No one thinks it's a good thing. We just don't have the money to pay more. I buy 1 1/2 pairs of shoes, 4 pairs of jeans, and like 4 new shirts a year. The rest second hand. That's about a yearly budget under 200 dollars. Until I get more money, they cant get more money. Until these clothing stores managers open up banks, their stuck.
"They don't say 'we're paying all of our unskilled workers a living wage across the board regardless of output or productivity'. Instead they say "we're gonna give our workers the best training and opportunities for advancement so that they can receive their highest income potential.'" Uh...this is a good thing how? When is a lack of minimum wage EVER a good thing?
I'm more likely to support the workers that are being paid/treated right, no matter where they are....I just hope for a very exceptionally reliable way to guarantee that their treatment and wages are audited regularly and, thus, confirmed to be fair...
