She looks great now. It’s frustrating and maddening when you get a doll and discover issues that weren’t disclosed. I had a similar experience with a silicone. The doll started majorly peeling the day after I got her. I contacted the artist and had to send her all the way back to Spain to be repaired. When she returned, most of the issues I mentioned to her had been fixed, and I decided I could live with the rest because I didn’t want to have to send her back and forth to Spain again.
