Changing of the Guard Quito Ecuador Dec 26 2016 

A changing of the guard ceremony occurs every Monday morning at 11 am at the Presidential Palace in Quito Ecuador.
The spectacle of Pomp and Circumstance is highlighted by a marching band, weapon bearing guards and the Calvary.
As the National anthem is played the flag is raised over the Palace.
