@yopanda9162 I should be metal, I don't recommend having any sort of moving part be plastic on a garage door

@@TheGarageDoctor i completely agree. i had never heard of anyone saying that before. i thought plastic was standard because it came in the box from the manufacturer but why in the world would we want any kind of plastic near the springs of all places lol

@jameschuke4104 it is preferred that there be no cars in the garage when switching springs, but when the customer has two broken springs, it's much more difficult to get the car out as the door is dead weight

he kept his body far enough away and he has plenty of experience to wind the springs in anyway that’s best for him.

So sick of all this danger zone fearmongering. God forbid you watch any other technician work. If you know how things work, you know what to watch out for.
