I know this is like 2 years old but it that a serious question? You claim to have a Kaufman trailer but you have to ask what size socket your lugs take?
Are those not grease-able? Mine have grease zerks(that I didn't know where there) on the main/ middle bolt. I would think they would last the life of the trailer if you kept them greased.
No they’re not greaseable but I don’t think it really matters that much they would probably be a pain in the ass and the grease wouldn’t last very long with everything being exposed to the elements when you were driving
@@Floridamuscle the perches on my trailer were welded on backward so the zerks are on the inside and the nut is on the outside. 32' hotshot. I'll never buy another norstar/iron bull.
@Toolin & Schoolin You need to upgrade those bolts with Wet bolts... Same bolt but has a hole down the middle and gets fresh grease Exactly where you obviously like it to be. The zerk is right on the head... you can hit it fresh grease w/o taking off a wheel or anything- totally exposed. That will solve your problem permanently. (you can hit em w/a shot of grease when you do your hubs, and if you drive thru heavy rain or after over a hot interstate trip... Look up "Wet Bolt Kit"- Cheap!! 👍 ~
@@omarfelix7588 outer bearing failure will cause the wheel to come off while driving, there’s a special washer you can put in there to stop the wheel from coming off if you have bearing failure, so make sure you ask for those at your trailer supply place
