Just swapped the wiper blades on 3 cars. A Golf, a Focus and an I10. Golf and Focus took me 5 seconds each. After 10 minutes with the i10 I've just given up and left the old ones on. Took me 10 mins just to get them off because they are a different type to any I see on any video, and as for getting the new ones on, I've seen easier games on the fuckin krypton factor. I've had to walk away before I put my head through the windscreen in the absolute depression of being beaten by a piece of plastic. Luckily it's my missus car and I'm fine with her crashing but still, not sure why Hyundai opted for the 38 moving parts approach instead of just a button you push and pop them off. Fuck my life.

Usually googles first anser is correct usually as well or you could use a measuring tape on the ones you already have

Very disappointed that the beam type blades are not used on my 2023 Tucson. Where I live, in winter the older design blades easily pack up with snow and cause streaking problems. Bean arms do not do that. When replacement time comes, a beam type will be used on the front; not sure if needed in the back.

My wiper blades on my 2012 Veloster don’t look identical to either design in this video and nothing seems to fit right.

Yea, I'll have my dealer replace them; yea, I'll purchase genuine (overpriced) wiper blades from the dealer. Not in this lifetime. I'll get better blades and replace myself and save a hundred bucks.

Notice how the video doesn’t demonstrate changing the passenger wiper blade? When the wipers are raised, the passenger blade is in the center of the windshield. I screwed around trying to stop the passenger blade about 1/4 of the way up. Nope, won’t work. You need a small ladder to reach the passenger blade in the center of the windshield. Whatever Hyundai engineer designed this setup needs a kick in the groin.

I didn't realize the whole assembly was changed. I thought only the rubber part was replaced. Did this change sometime over the past few decades of car design? It looks so simple now!

Cannot remember the last time I changed out just the rubber on my blades.

The rubber (i.e. refill) is about 1/2 the price, assuming your labor is free. Kia can be cheaper than Hyundai for the same part.

Rear Wiper. Hmm, Hyundai factory wipers are trash. They work best if you don't use them. I got 45 days & Dealer put on new blades, they were oily. Six months in FL weather. Started studdering. I bought Bosch, Best that I've found for my 2022 Veloster N.

My factory blades lasted me 2 and a half years and I'm in Maryland dealing which drastic seasonal change and salt water over spray as well as salted roads during the winter Idk how you treat, clean, and lubricate your blades, but the factory blades always work best if you take care of em
