Changing a tire is not illegal ... well at least it's not illegal yet ...
The Black handcuffed man who was tased in the back by a West Alabama police officer plans to file a multimillion-dollar lawsuit.
The video of Micah Washington's arrest has gone viral on social media.
Folks are calling for the firing and charges for Reform, Alabama police officer Dana Elmore for the December 2 incident that happened in Pickens County, about 40 miles west of Tuscaloosa.
Leroy Maxwell, Jr., the attorney representing Micah spoke with Roland Martin about the disturbing incident.

Making everything about race doesn't help. Sometimes it is, but not every time. She didn't know she was being recorded, and she was calling him all types of names. But not 1 racial slur. It is just an evil cop. The force and chief in charge of this officer needs to be held accountable as well. But every thing isn't always about race. No matter how bad you want it for your narrative. It's helping no one doing this. I have had a terrible encounter with a demonic female officer when I was 19. She treated me at least this bad. Because I was white driving in a predominantly black neighborhood. Bad cops are bad. But that doesn't mean systemic racism is rampant and defend all police. I have seen videos of officers doing similar things to white people. And not once was it ever blamed on race. Wrong is wrong. Evil is evil. And this is both. But it doesn't always equal racism.

I'm an electrician (went to trade school, the whole 9). What disturbs me is that the officer placed the taser directly on his spine. This is the equivalent of grabbing a hot wire while standing knee-deep in water. She was introducing an outside potential (voltage) straight into his central nervous system. Although the current (amps) is well below (3-5mADC) the normal 0.1 amps it takes to stop the human heart, Mr. Washinton still should be checked out by specialist MDs for any permanent nerve damage as well as to his internal organs (especially the brain and the heart). Personally, I think tasers should be taken away from LEOs, as they abuse its intended use, and either don't know or don't care what kind of damage they can do
