You may need custom code to restrict gateway depending on product type/category. Get help from here- stackoverflow.com/questions/46328364/hide-payment-method-based-on-product-type-in-woocommerce

@@01740100236 That link has the full code already just you need to restrict Online payment (gateway) for a vendor. Now, if the vendor will also buy normal products then you need to check by user role. This is not a single line solution as heavy modification required.

@@GamingBoyRishad Vendor Info text is coming from Dokan lite not from your theme. So, I told you that follow the same process as I have shown on this video. Just search Vendor Info as I searched Vendor for translating to seller.
