Thank you it worked with no problem immediately and it was easy to fix it when some of the mechanics that I visited said it was impossible to fix it myself and that I needed to go in a verified fiat agency :) I think you might be the only channel that had a video like this that's great :)
i ve tried several times to change language from Spanish to English, and error 10 appeals on screen. the problem was that i used a very large flash (8gb), and my fiat couldn't read it. i just used a 900mb flash and worked perfectly. now i can communicate with blue & me in english! thank you so much!
Hey everyone I just wanted to post what worked for me and hopefully you can get it working for you as well. When you unzip the zip file you will get a folder that says English. open that folder on your computer and you should see two files: A folder that says 'instructions' in Italian and a zip file that says Lang_UK_V 02. Unzip this zip file and you will see four files. All you need to do now is plug in a USB drive and drag the four new files into your USB drive. Do not copy any other files onto the USB just the brand new four that you most recently extracted. Do not copy the instructions folder or the original zip file nor the Lang zip file. Turn your car on but don't start the engine and wait a good 20 seconds, then plug in your USB make sure it's tightly inserted and it should start updating after about 10 or so seconds and it takes about 2 minutes to install. Wait till it says completed or language updated and then you can unplug the USB and you should be good to go. hope this helps everyone that had trouble and thank you to the original poster for making this video, it helped me a lot!
In the instructions are three files ?? - Copy into the main folder of the PenDrive the 3 files of the language that you are going to download into Blue&Me. Everytime I try, it ends in a "no english" message. I followed the instructions, fat32 formatted usb stick etc., and it doesnt works. Maybe I should try other usb sticks? I tried with a 2bg kingston DT G2.
hello.. i have dowanloaded english language folder from link but when i extract language zip it gives me 3 zip folder with one install file instead of 4 files and zip folders have multiple files.
I deleted all my files from usb and putted that 3 items on it but when i plug in the car, on the computer says an usb stick error... What i need to try now? try to change the sticker?
I tried this and just got the dreaded USB update error 10 message :-( I tried disconnecting the battery for 10 minutes aswell, and it reset everything EXCEPT the Blue & Me system!

Misha M Have you followed the steps...from downloading the files and unzipped them onto an empty usb drive? Usually the problem is how the files are put onto the drive
