yeah, still overrated with changli and yin lin both placed higher than encore and sanhua on tier list but in reality encore sanhua clear faster with half the time and also half or even less investment of yinlin and changli spent. My point still stands, both overrated.
I mean, sure, if that's your opinion I respect it. But in my opinion, the reason why they are both placed higher in the tier list is because they are both very flexible. Chang Li can be played as both DPS and support, and she works well with Encore. In the future, she can still be better if there are new limited fusion DPS units because of her insane outro skill. The same goes for Yin Lin.
this is what happens when you're so dedicated to Tier List 💀💀 the fact that Changli and Yinlin ain't even has BA buffs yet can still clear full star immediately and on-par with your Encore & Sanhua is already a staple that they are one of the viable teams for ToA Meta. nothing is overrated here

@@user-xo9ex3go1r idk anything about coping, but either you yourself on crack saying Encore cleared it under one minute (unless of course, the power of whaling) while even statistically the very same lv80 maxxed Encore would do around 3-4 minutes 💀. Changli isn't overrated.. it's just she is not a pure dps so her dps is lower than jinhsi.. And people complain about this too much.. like the hell, its same scene as genshin's.. whenever a dps comes that deals less dmg than neuvillette or arlechino, the entire community calls them a 4* character
Yes but atleast in this game outros exist and once a pure fire dps comes out she will be nuts. She is really good on quick swap since you can cancel a lot of things and get concerto build up is pretty good.
Yeah this really reminds me when Raiden was first released on genshin. Some people were yapping that she's weak with no cons and then they finally realized she is capable of enhancing the whole team. I guess same people are repeating this here too.
I like it that there is a high skill ceiling in this game that you cannot just brain dead doing something to get good result. Even for easy character like Jiyan has to know when during the button mash you can dodge cancel/counter/dodge away and still keep the DPS. Such high skill ceiling also means that you can take almost any character in this game to the extreme if you know their kit and the enemy matchup really well. Like, how you normally get good at other games, surprise surprise!!

i also defeat Heron with lvl 80 Changli, lvl 40 Yangyang (lvl1 skill), and Verina with exactly 3 minute left bcs that damn bird keep flying and dodging changli burst. she is not weak, you just need to put an extra effort when playing her.
Reading discussion in some other comment. Well, after you see Yumi's encore, I believe you should also agree that encore actually is better in terms of performance. HOWEVER, people really need to stop FORCING specific char to be admitted as the best, especially changli. She is wayyyy too overhyped imo. She IS good, but not the BEST, and nothing is wrong about that. If you enjoy playing her then so be it, but also accept the fact that char like jinhsi/encore exist and perform better. Are people actually that salty if their waifu is not the best character in the whole universe, lmao
People tend to forget that she's also a buffer 👀 it makes sense her damage wouldn't be as high as pure DPS characters When another stronger Fusion DPS comes out that synergizes well with her kit, she'll be a great sub dps with respectable damage for them 👌
you practice your rotations way to much, i actually cant see a single wasted movement lol. I play casual so i cant get anywhere near that rotation effeciency

I mean can I call yinlin weak too cause she does less dmg then changli. Changli is almost on par with jiyan while giving rl and fusion dmg bonus so I won't call her weakess. Sorry just my opinion.

I have both Jiyan and Jinhsi Jinhsi is great for bosses Jiyan is great for groups of enemies I find both very comfy but gravitate towards using Jiyan with Mortefi in 99% of gameplay due to how easy and intuitive the team is You trade consistent damage for nuke damage (also, the damage definitely is more but every dps will get powecrept so pick your faves and call it a day 👀👌) If Kuro are real chads they'll buff older units years in so we can keep using them
