Hey, I was having trouble with adding a new sound/instrument. I'll have a certain part playing and want to add a new sound to replace what I have on that track. When I drag the new sound on, the title of whats on the track changes, but the actual sound doesnt change. It keeps playing what was initially on there.
I'm having issues with the channel rack and piano roll, so I place sounds into the channel rack. Then I open up the piano roll to adjust the sound and it just sounds like clicks doesn't sound like the actual drum kick, etc. That it should sound like when I play it in the browser Please help! Thank you
I'm having an issue with the Channel Rack minimizing certain channels in the Channel Rack window. For example, if I'm in piano view or playlist view and the channel is listed as Drums, I can only see Drums in the channel rack, even when I have the dropdown selected to "All". How can I change the way FL Studio is having me view the channel rack. I've gone through all the settings I can find, and none offer a way to leave all of those channels at standard size instead of as thin little lines. Thanks.
It’s not changing my duration of the sequence, I’m trying to make the duration longer but it just stays blank. I didn’t have this problem in FL Studio 12
Does anyone know how to deal with different midi instruments (piano 1, organ 1 and etc) in one channel? Where they are assigned and how to get their usage list in general? Only global instruments select are shown in the Fruity LSD window, but in my case instruments changed in the channel during playback. I took the song I liked from the console game and converted it to midi with the spc2midi - this program retains the notes, but loses the original instruments, so I have to be assigned different ones (piano 1, piano 2, piano 3, organ 1, organ 2 and etc) in order to redefine them later. Then I imported resulting file into the FL Studio 12 to try to choose the instruments used for the best sound, but because of this problem I can’t do anything. I don't understand how to work with this and already feel that I’m starting to go crazy because of this, as I couldn't find any information about it.
@@sergiosaleh no FL itself plays back fine..every instrument/sample etc is in perfect timing..but if I use the MIDI Out to sequence an external synth..the synth will play back jittery and off beat regardless of audio buffer settings or sample rate..I’ve even tried to connect different synths where they’re receiving midi over usb..no change..but that same synth triggered via midi or usb from Logic or even MPC Software…seamless!..so…idk..just wondered if anyone else experienced that issue before.
@@AlavonMajor It’s not just FL - most DAWs have pretty crappy external MIDI sync, which sucks for anyone hoping to use something like a drum machine :(
