I have been following for a while. I have a UTV in which my wife and I use around the property and hunting. We are older so we go slow. I have been in the fire service for more than 40 years and still serve as a fire marshal in a metropolitan area in Florida. I have to say, your fire department put one hell of a stop on this fire. Hats off to them. The fuel load was pretty good size with a lot of Btu's being generated from the UTV in that garage. Thank the lord you guys are safe. I see what happens when fires happen and the results of that are lasting. I am so thankful you and your family are safe. God Bless your family.
Thank you so much for the kind words, and the insight. The volunteer guys n gals that came out in mere minutes were not playing around, that's for sure. If we would have been in the city we'd have likely lost the house.
Man so sad but you still are very fortunate. You’re like us and even though a rzr is just a toy when you put blood sweat and tears into it, it becomes an extension of yourself. You and it are one on the trail. Few people may understand or feel this way. Life maybe just telling you that it’s time for a totally new beginning. You wheeled the heck out of that machine. Can’t wait to see the new build as it will be better than before. Glad you’re back doing the videos. We’re looking forward to riding sometime with you guys.

I certainly miss your videos. Hope you're doing OK. Get out and ride is the best therapy I know of. I suffer from the same problem not as severe maybe but riding always seems to help. Good luck and you will be in my prayers. 👍👍
So sorry to see this Jason!! Glad no one was hurt, the RZR and RAV can be replaced!! It will take a very long time to get over this, when I was younger we lost our home to fire and there was nothing left, only had the clothes we were wearing .... but I can tell you that it will get better, time does heal all wounds!!! Thank you so much for the kind words of encouragement. As house fires go, the local dept got it out quick, fast, and in a hurry! We really were pretty fortunate, all things considered.

Hate to hear the bad break, but glad to hear you all were able to get out safely. If you're up to edit and upload the videos I'd still like to see the series. Wishing you and yours a speedy return to normalcy. Once things settle a bit hopefully you'll find a silver lining in another machine.

Wow! Consider yourself lucky. That could have been a lot worse. Now's your chance to get a new machine and build it better! I'm really surprised at how well the drywall protected the wood framing...Looks like you'll be back up and running soon! good luck.
Thank you, yeah I've got my eye on a replacement. The fire dept. was too, as hot as it was burning, it really ended up being almost totally cosmetic as far as the house is concerned.
That was hard to watch. All the emotion of everything that has happened coming right through the video... Jason you could name your new ride Phoenix...a new ride born from a fire!
As bad as it is, no one was injured and all the stuff can be replaced. Please share what you find with the cause so that we can learn from it to prevent something like this at our homes. I am thinking it must have been electrical in nature but who knows. I enjoy your videos and hope that you continue them.
Thank you, and yeah it has to be some kind of electrical short. I mean I had just washed it not long before, the thing was basically soaking wet. Progressive is indeed hiring a forensic specialist to find out what happened. If it can be discovered, it will, and I will definitely do another update and let everyone know. Me and my buddies have all decided now to put battery disconnects on our machines for when they are "off duty", to hopefully prevent this from ever happening again.
Im a firm believer that everything happens for a reason.. good or bad. Keep moving forward. This is one of my favorite channels and I wish you and your family all the best. Items can be replaced... people cannot. It’s tough when you’re in the moment though.
First thing glad everyone is safe things can be replaced. As far as the build and the ride you got in i would like to see but will not hold it against you if you decide you can't will totally understand. You got this one day at a time. Best wishes for you and your family.

Yeah we're pushing thru, had a good Christmas. They did awesome as far as I'm concerned, everyone riding those 2 days said they were very impressed with them, and the machine, even tho my front diff was crying like a baby. It's been acting up for 2 years, wasn't anything new. I had just ordered it's replacement when this happened.
I know what your gonna do Jason,get a new machine and get rite back after it buddy!! Go ahead and post the build vids so the 900s 4 will live on forever,and start the new chapter with build vids of the new machine as well!! Take care buddy,we are here if you need us!!
First of all, so sorry my friend. Glad you and the family are okay. Second, I’m watching this on my easy chair in the living room. My RZR is directly below in the basement. Your experience confirms my absolute worst fear. Do you need any help to get through the holidays?
Thank you for the offer. Our family & friends have already gone waaay above and beyond to help us get through this. Even Hannah's teachers at school are offering to help. My next machine is getting a battery disconnect day 1. If that rzr had been in my downstairs garage, we'd have likely lost the house. Don't wait, make that thing safe.
Sorry this happened. Sounds like a first class fire and police department. Maybe releasing the videos would be good therapy for yourself and a great tribute to the 900s. It's how you feel about it that counts. Respectfully
