For the last 2 weeks my guides have been pushing me to reread Drunvalo Melchizedek’s “The Ancient Secret of the Flower of Life” specifically the chapters on Egyptian pyramids and the MerKaBa. I was also instructed to start practicing how to spin my MerKaBa. I had a very good session doing this and felt amazing the next day. Then for 2 days, headaches. So I rested. I have a beautiful hand carved crystal pendant in the Merkaba and started wearing it. No more headaches. Then today my guides said I must listen to your download. Talk about validation. I’m 67 and have been doing the work since I was 17 and I still get tickled when it lines up. Thank you for posting your downloads. They are so important. Many blessings 🙏
The pyramids area actually merkaba structures. So we are to become these merkabas and vessels of divine guidance and light. How beautiful that so many are evolving to these frequencies! 💕✨️💕✨️💕
We are long past the Merkabah that keeps one in old recycling light body that is none existent for we are living the new tree of life inthe Merkivah equalising every master and angelic kingdoms, so why go into a system that is dead and gone and part of the matrix

We made sure to check if there was something valid to what you are saying with several of our mentors and spiritual teachers (We may look young, but we are not beginners to any of these concepts) they have not heard what you are referring to but please, share a reliable source with us so we may delve into this further. We are always open to new that is old because nothing that is new is actually new but rediscovered after being lost for so so long. Merkabah is dead and gone for you do not feel any pulse through every artery which explains it all. Everything in the Universe is being restructured and not renewed reason why the old Merkabah does not work, I explained it in 60 videos, feel free to watch or keep self in whatever is your choice

I've had the craziest hurtful estrangement from my son (and new baby grandson) that was a clear trigger/ trauma response from my son's tumultuous adolescence/early 20s. After several months of emotional chaos for me and working so hard to release, let go, and forgive, I finally had one last emotional upheaval and a knowingness that this has passed. Now, instead of waking up hurt, I hear "It's over." We've yet to reunite but I know it is coming. I did a three card pull with Oracle cards and drew: Past - Man Holding a Heart (reversed), Present - Storm Warning (reversed) and Future - Second Chakra Archangel Ariel (right side up). I’m glad this is finally being brought up. There has been a lot of people calling and motivating ascending to 5D but do not remind people that the whole purpose of ascension is to access higher truths and bring it back to the physical world to be worked on. It’s not an escape from the difficult. For example, at the 5D, all is one. And understanding this, brings a higher truth down to our day to day life to dismantle everything that separates in our life. For example, if you can see the person that hurt you did what they did for the good of the whole, you can’t help but love them. So you transform part of your ignorance into consciousness. If you are stuck there then you have a reason and purpose to work it through ie to be more aligned with higher truths. It’s not about taking off to the 5D because you “can’t” even live there for as long as one still exists in this physical form. Imagine you close your eyes and you’re at the top of the mountain as you most desire to experience. You still need to come back to your body, save the money, make your way to the foothill of the mountain and put in the efforts to climb up to truly experience the dream as a reality where you can see, hear, smell, taste and feel what it’s truly like being at the top of the mountain. Otherwise, it remains just an imagination ie make belief. ✌️

Wonderful channeling Molly. 🌟 A few thoughts came to mind... The eastern healing arts, yes! People might also consider flower essences, homeopathic remedies, Ayurvedic medicine for help with detoxing, balancing the gut biome, Earthing mats if they can't get outside for whatever reason, and my favorite - Breathing deep! 4 slow counts in and 4 out. Check out Pranayama (alternate nostril) breathing. I find many of our patients do not know (or remember) to breathe deep, esp if they sit at a computer all day at work. Get the air to the lower lobes of the lungs and that will reset the central nervous system, taking it out of fight-or-flight, and back into rest & repair mode. Humming, toning, singing - all of these help vibrate the cranium - opens and clears blockages in the upper chakras, and exercises the diaphragm muscle which in turn massages the heart and other organs. Gosh! There are so many methods available now, and so many helpers on each person's Spirit team who'll step up to the plate and assist, if one truly wants to heal.🌠

During the last 4 1/2 years, my guides have had me go to the American River in Northern California and ground for 2 to 4 hours daily if you can get to running water, put your bare feet against the Earth in the water, you can literally feel the energy start to acclimate!

I have been listening to chakra balancing and clearing meditations for awhile and they seem to help clear out some of the stuck energy in the lower 3 chakras. You are absolutely correct about being too top heavy by concentrating on the third eye and crown chakra. You can feel the spacey ness of that energy hence your “bobble head “ analogy. I’ve been thinking more about putting my feet on the ground especially with all the downloads lately. The health info was very interesting. I too thought of Robert Gilbert and his show on Gaia TV about sacred geometry and how important it is to move the energy from the crown and third eye charkas down to the solar plexus and sacral chakras because they can handle the energy better. If you keep it in your head, you get headaches and feel dizzy, which I've experienced a lot. Maybe I'll remember better now and move the energy down and out like rooting or something..

I get it. The grounding part , of allowing the energy to flow into the body completely is important. The removal of blocks is done with the grounding of the energy through the body. Also the physical head. Be easy on the mind and head so you are not headache. You put it to words. so good. 🧡
Hearing this is very resonate! I have been practicing an Egyptian QiGong Sun Salutation for a few years now and one of the moves in the series is connecting with the Sun and bringing the energy into the crown and down the body.
