My family experienced my niece getting kidnapped last week. She went missing, headed to NYC and was apprehended enroute. It was a miracle to get her back. Every little thing clicked into place one miracle at a time.... she was found in time. The family is very traumatized finding out this was part of trafficking....I keep telling my Christian family.... call in your spirit guides to help you see the miracle that was just performed in front of your eyes. It had been a battle not to hate this predator. Thank you for this gift to remind us that they too are a fragment of source, also a child of God choosing that path of darkness as a soul... and is in need of healing also. ❤ Namaste 🙏

I haven’t been “planning” anything for months, I can’t say I’m even interested in things I used to be interested in. Most of the time I just stay in the present moment and spend more time in nature. I used to be a person who set goals, strived for things, now I sit on my porch and try to have telepathic conversations with squirrels 🤣🐿️

Something I realized a few years ago that helped me with the "forgive evil thing" is that if we believe in past lives, then we must realize we have been everything at some point. The victim, but also the perpetrator. In past lives, we have experienced living an evil representative of a human at some point. And as a good representative of a human. So we have all been those evil ones, even the killer, and worse, so yes, we need to get past judgment, or we are judging ourselves. It is in this life, right now we must choose where we stand. I agree with your views. We are all light beings reincarnating in roles both of light and dark. This is how we learn and expand. It also helps us master our gifts and skills if our many life time experiences are diverse and well rounded both in good person roles and in bad nasty people roles. Anne could you please do a video on what is happening or going to happen to our pets and wildlife during these times. I run an animal sanctuary in a rural area with no shelter. Furthermore all across the nation dogs cats and more are suffering . Shelters and Rescues are full , adoptions are way down. Shelters and Rescues are turning animals away because they are over capacity and dumping animals is accelerating daily. I've been doing this for 40 yrs it's the worst it's ever been. Before the video gets going I want to share this here & now so I can see if what I experienced in any way relates to the message you are about to share. About 2 days ago, I was walking in the Marina with my daughter and Yorkie Zoe, we walk 10K steps at least 5 times a week. I wasn't feeling low, say on a scale from 1-10 vibrationally I was feeling about a 7. I could only explain it this way, it was as if I walked directly into some type of vortex, it caused me to stand more erect, pull my shoulders back, my chest pushed out and my head pulled up, much like a flower that blooms at sunrise. I literally felt an inch taller and my vibration shot through my body to at least a 20. I exclaimed outloud "Oh My GOD, what is happening"?? I raised both arms as I turned to my daughter and said look! It was about 82 degrees outside, I live in Los Angeles, my arms and shoulders had huge chill bumps and all the hair simultaneously stood up on my arms. I said something just shifted and I physically felt it, she said wow mom I can see it, whats going on??? This lasted maybe 2 minutes, we continued walking and the glow and raised vibration hasn't left and Im praying it doesn't. THIS happened to me in 2019ish!!!! My friend could feel this energy coming off me and it was static electricity and a sudden urge of peace, harmony, love and that everything's going to be ok! I had just left my 34 yr old husband at the hospital finding out he has 4 clots and 1 in lungs. I had been so sad and crying. Then, that happened. She literally backed up and said " whoa! Wtf wad that??" Bc my energy shocked her. He's ok now, but that clot is always there in the lung.

So amazing! Yesterday, I allowed myself to be distracted by the scary politics of the moment. While steeping in worry instead of the NOW I freaked out about money and groceries. I went home from the store and calmed myself. While in this more present new peaceful state...I found some money I had forgotten about during my panic. In the end the entire debate and afterward discussion was funny. It really showed the collapse of the old, giving way for something new. Yet many insist on holding on to one or the other old souvenir, not opening up to something new. The world is changing and neither Biden or Trump can do much about it other than maybe trying to stop that change.

I came to think about something I read the other day in connection with, what is happening at the moment, that everything that has been kept in darkness gets revealed. The other day there was an article about corpses in Lake Constance that have been missed for years, are now coming to the surface. It is very morbid I know, sorry, but for me it was so very symbolic to what is happening. The corpses are litterally being flushed through the masses of water to the surface. From the darkness and depth to the light and surface. There is a huge cleansing happening on all levels, like our own ‚corpses‘ = shadows and wounds are being revealed to be healed. Yesterday was one of my toughest days, I felt like I was being flung into Outer space with nothing to hold onto. Complete caterpillar/butterfly goo, not in one space or the other and it is absolutely maddening. This has been happening in smaller spurts for years, but yesterday was the most intense and definitely the longest “contraction”. The prior video really helped me through the day as much as possible, but I’m not gonna lie. That space is so incredibly difficult and frustrating to be in and very difficult to describe. It makes it doubly difficult when you have to work a full-time job and the only thing you can focus on is this incredibly intense difficult transformative energy where you just want to cry and scream and you don’t know what you’re supposed to do because there is no guidebook to what’s happening to you. Last night I was given a msg..." No judgement or labels, only then you can see the truth of those people and situations around you". I was given a perfect example, when you see an adult, we all automatically sexualize that person. We go straight to judging the looks. There's an animated 10 minute movie called 'the kingdom that illustrates what the angels are saying. It gives me goosebumps and tears of joy every time I watch it. The light comes to the evil doers too, and it's beautiful!
It kind of feels like the "worse" stuff (as mentioned) is kicking us out of our old way of life. Things happening that feel so bad or seem so ridiculous that we just have to say heck no. I heard a great channel by Sarah Landon recently where she said do not let things like that, actually anything external or even an internal negative thought be an excuse to not love yourself fully and completely because you would not be here if you were not worthy of that.
Oh how true. Not only that, it hinders your own health. My ex husband was a serial "marry and divorce" guy for that newer female to conquer. Anyway, his wife after me could never get over it when he dumped her. She became so bitter and hateful towards him and all men that she died of cancer in her late thirties, leaving a teenage daughter behind. I never harbored ill feeling towards him and am now 86 years old. After a few years of settling with my own child as a single mother I did marry a guy which marriage lasted 30 years until he left for greener pastures.
All I feel right now is sluggish. I have literally no energy at all. I feel the need to eat the worst food and have zero self-control. This has been really bad the last four days. And I seem to do it consciously because I know how bad it is. I also keep waking up between 3 and 4 am. and feel like a train ran over me when it's finally time to get up. I trust the universe and gaia, always have, but physically and mentally, I feel gross and exhausted right now....😢
I am experiencing the same thing! The cravings for chocolate dessert is overwhelming. I constantly fight the urge to eat badly. I also am tired and overwhelmed. I was told that waking up between 3 - 5 am is from god/angels. I meditate and pray when I wake up and find great peace. I hope these other things pass soon ❤

Hi Anne. A couple of years ago I had a dream about the former guy. He was this huge, green, ugly, marred up slug…but you could tell who it was. He was so blob-like he was literally kind of sinking into his own goo. He was seeking adoration. Craving it. Then somehow in the dream he was run over by this huge steamroller. I went over to look and the squished blob turned it’s face to me with so much pain in its eyes I actually felt sorry for it in the dream. I don’t normally have dreams I can remember, let alone ones that stick with me, but this one allowed me to do as the angels are telling us to try to do. Any time I happen to catch some horrible thing he’s said I do feel that disgust but I bring that dream back to my mind to be able to let it go. When he first became president I had to imagine him a tiny, ignored little boy so I’d be able to send him light every day.
That’s interesting. I had an experience in the pandemic where all the people from the former president side were so much more compassionate and understanding then my own friends and neighbors from my side. And I let all my fear anger and hate towards that political side completely melt away. It used to be so bad that I could not even look at his image and now I have absolutely no reaction to him no matter how unhinged. Infect I have found the same level of unhinged all over the place, even in my own back yard, but now it’s just sort of comical and doesn’t take over me. I feel like I integrated some shadow or something to get to this point, and life is so much easier without the weight of hate.

As we learn to love the dark parts of ourselves it teaches us to accept the dark parts of the collective as needed, appropriate, and to be loved as a part of the whole. Heat advisory currently in the Bay Area. Stopped by grocery store today, where shady spots are very few and far between. I looked at the furthest edges, my best bet and nothing... I thought, "Oh, well... then I'll search for proximity." I turned around one end of a row and there it was... the only shady spot around... closest to the front door. Watching this again and instantly thought of that seemingly magical moment. I looked around and l felt a little conspicuous because I just pulled right. into. that. spot. Living in a Red Alert area of the coastal range (fire hazard when heat, low humidity, and high winds make a perfect storm (REALLY dries out all the dry vegetation). It's one of a few to come this season. I've had to evacuate before (long after I'd acquired trauma/anxiety diagnoses but hadn't been diagnosed yet or told that I'm an empath/clairsentient... and that has grown). I feel perfectly fine, mostly about staying cool. That second Saturn return a few years ago put me in the direction I needed. Finding you was also a good and very helpful step step, Anne!
Such a great message! I am totally feeling this. The last few weeks, I have quickly slipped into a low vibration off and on. I've been distacted at various times with the polarities of politics, as in the uprising of Fascism here. Dot- 3D is a good/evil- black/white realm. We have a choice and that is only possible if there is something to choose from. Evil is needed for our souls to evolve.

I definitely relate to the sense of moving in and out, of stopping and starting, and it's all very frustrating. My understanding is that I'm in a place where I need to trust in the timing of things, not force anything, but there's no reason not to continue envisioning. I also relate to having wanted to choose a life as a high schooler that definitely wasn't in my best interest, so on some level, I'm happy it never happened.

I have felt this way my whole life. I wake up and can tell it's going to be a great day everything falls into place and then other days nothing falls into place Good days and bad days are just a normal thing for most humans aren't they?
Good days and bad days are normal, but the difference is that now your highs can be higher. So the question was why can’t we hold that higher high all the time? it’s because we are in this state of going back-and-forth between the two states of consciousness
They are describing "detached love". We give warm love to our inner circle of family and friends, but detached love is more like acknowledging each other as soul having a human experience, each of us playing a role that's intertwined with one another's spiritual lessons and growth. Detached love is more like unconditional love from afar.
It will be wonderful when we die but we need to do our work here, and to do our work here, we need to protect ourselves. While in a spiritual perspective, it is difficult to act on protecting ourselves, but we need it and so do many others, especially children.

Just wowed by this message. I am on a rollercoaster ride for quite a while. I have felt all my life something was going to be different near the end of my life. Also, I always new, I would not die, and this has always stuck with me. As I got older, I struggled with, who do you think you are…the only one not dying!!! Now I know we transition. Our souls are everlasting. Good or bad. My dear friend that was a sage, always said to me love and hate are the both side of the same coin. When you think of two people who love each other can hate each . What a ride. Love is the answer to all. Yet so hard to love unconditionally.
Each human being is experiencing different levels of energies, all challanges is a process leading each one to became awake within self consciously and that we are co-creator with soul, the true essence. All life is going through awaking in the light. Do not fear, rest assured, trust this process, that each one is where you supposed to be in your own life and remembering your own magnificent self. All world events is in process of transformation. Entire creation is moving to new level of being, next steo in evolution. So awesome as you were channeling I connected right in. I was having neck pain but when I connected I actually felt them come in my body my head straightened and my pain was gone and I heard every word and understood what was being said. In 1996 after I was student teaching and having an evaluation I asked one of my exuberant 4th grade girls who finished her assignment to go to the reading corner and practice the meditation breathing (which I had taught my students) I got called into the principal’s office. I was reprimanded for talking to 4th graders about meditation. I don’t think that would happen to a student teacher today. At least not in some states.
I learned to meditate by watching my cat as a child. It is natural and self generating for perceptive types. It is difficult for people to be successfully reprimanded for what is natural. They always know the difference between what is true and what is condoned, so they resort to keeping their truth private ("in the closet") until the culture says it's safe to come out, but animals don't play these games.
