I love how this guy says “the Channellocks are better”, and “how nice they are!” but not once does he give any examples of why one is better than the other and why he thinks that the Knipex are worse.

Love the video man. One thing a lot of people don’t realize is not only are channellock pliers great tools, they’re so readily available for us in the USA. We can literally go to any local hardware store or supply house, Home Depot, Lowe’s and even Wal Mart and purchase Channellock brand. Knipex is not so easy for us to find on this side of the pond. Very few stores carry it, chances are you’re going to have to order it online for a steep price. I’m sure it’s the exact opposite overseas in Europe, I would assume knipex is in every local hardware store over there.

MadeInUSA Reviews the funny thing is I have both sets of pliers in this video. The channellock needle nose I purchased at Lowe’s for under twenty dollars. The knipex I actually won from Knipex’s Facebook page. I agree the channellocks are a lot better. I’ve used the knipex ones the tips bend like crazy when I used them to twist.
Here the other side of the pound... Reputable brands here are Knipex, Stanley, Gedore, Whia, Wera, Hazet (way overpriced) in the automotive Snap on. Craftsman I've never seen.
