Trap dustshoot is dead card if you draw it too late, so i kinda never liked that card, maybe you can use just one copy and replace other one with some more useful trap like bottomless or maybe you can try playing trap jammer, that's literally free trap card negacion only bad side is that you can only use it in battle phase since in battle phase ppl use the most of trap cards that won't be so bad, but that's just my opinion. You play what you like.
I agree with your consideration regarding Dustshoot, but I would not play only 1 copy: I usually play at least 2, or I prefer not to play it or keep it in the side deck; however it is a card that can be very useful even in the late game against decks like Chaos Turbo. Bottomless I don't like playing it in the main deck (at the moment), I prefer it in the side deck. Trap Jammer is a card that I don't consider much: I prefer Seven Tools
