Great advice, thanks. Have you tried to tweak the skin weight with the Skeletal Mesh editing tools plugin? That's a different workflow, you have to convert the cloth to a skeletal mesh and use the editing tools, first use the button "bind skin" then "edit weights". It should work for tight fit garments. Keep up the good work.
Does anyone know how I can import my own substance painter textures onto the usd marvelous designer clothing in unreal engine 5.4 chaos cloth?. Because I'm having a struggling time of figuring out myself with this
UE5.4.3 Crashes when Importing into StaticMeshImport Node. Does the USD Mesh from Blender need to meet specific requirements? like quad only, all parts connected or no sharp angles on polygons? Since the mesh from Marvellous Designer needs to be exported 'Thick'. Do i have to solidify the mesh before exporting from Blender?
Can someone tell me, why when im rigging a character, cloth is not following rig, it's completly static. When im in simulation, everything is working in t-pose, but not in level sequene.

Does not work for me. I am exporting clothing item from Blender as USD and importing to UE. Add static mesh node, but UE crashes when selecting the imported USD.
