I have loved Tanya Tucker since I was little. I am glad she brought Chapel Heart on, those 3 ladies are AWESOME. They were country singers before Beyonce ever thought of it. Ladies you are amazing and THANK YOU Ms. Tanya Tucker for all the great music.
That’s one of two Tanya’s I like the other took baton and taught me how to twirl and throw and catch it as a neighbor, and there’s some named that that caused me years of mess because of their actions but I knew Tanya Tucker’s music long before any Tammy’s or Tanya’s that caused ness with me ever showed up in my life and good riddance to them while Tanya Tucker and Chspel Hart Rock the country put on this song!
brings tears to my eyes to see these people wrapping their arms around these young ladies and showing them love and acceptance... Im from a little town in Southern Mississippi, came to Nashville in 2005 doing music, and i know how hard it was for them... they are definitely a part of breaking the glass ceiling... much more success to yall.... keep shining for those of us that didn't make it
It was of course wonderful to see and hear Tanya Tucker sing her signature song "Delta Dawn". But it was also great to see one of my favorite group from AGT Chapel Hart. It really moved my heart to see how much they have progressed. Love you both.
A Power house legend , and a new generation of up and an up coming power house singers. Chappel Heart has really made Mississippi proud. They are a great group of ladies. ,and singers
Am Jamaican born n bred…Reggae music is my all, HOWEVER, C&W music is on my soul also…grew up in the 60s when our sole radio station picked up the music from the US Southern radio stations….Jim Reeves was a particular favourite of we Jamaicans…Patsy Cline was beloved….we ‘covered’ Country hits in the Rocksteady period of our music’s evolution to Reggae….Willie Nelson had some wikked collaborations with some of our major stars…I still have my C&W LPs from wayyyyy bk….one of our songstresses did a cover of STEALING LOVE ON THE SIDE…was a huge hit in Ja
I've loved her since I was 14 now 45. I loved her 2 sparrows in a hurricane always gave me hope that real love would overcome all obstacles. Love Tanya & Chapel Heart❤
I grew up listening to Delta Dawn and have always loved that song. Being on stage with a country legend like her has got to be one of the biggest highlights of their careers.
Tanya's voice hasn't changed, she still sounds like a Angel singing those powerful lyrics to Delta Dawn and many others. I love this oh girl !!! She is truly a golden gift from God !!
My youngest sister is named Angela Dawn. Angela because Mama said an Angel brought her to us and Dawn because Mama's favorite song was Delta Dawn. For the longest time, my other sister, Lilly Rose, would belt out "Angela Dawn" to the tune of Delta Dawn!! One of my greatest memories! Thank you Tanya Tucker!!
I could listen to You sing DeltaDawn, and every Hit You Recorded..I was able to see You 3 times in the 80's-90's..Loved and Adored You then and Still Now in 2023..Your kids are gonna follow your footsteps..Wishing them all a wonderful 🎶 🎵 Music Journey through their career in life..MareeKirbyFrom,SouthCarolina..❤❤❤
They don't need a record contract because they do better on their own. All this exposure sells their merchandise/cd's, tours and most of all it gets their music down loaded!! = big money and future music and tours.. TV shows?? They have the goods to have music variety/comedy show.. They have style! they are very genuine! and all of them are beautiful!

Actually, Alex Harvey wrote it and recorded it first, in 1971. Then Bette Midler also recorded it in 1971. Tanya's producer at the time, Billy Sherrill heard Bette sing it on the Tonight Show, and decided that would be Tanya's 1st song, recorded in 1972. Then Helen Reddy recorded it in 1973. The song was a Hit for both Tanya and Helen in their own genre. Both versions are great!
