Previously I have seen so many recipes of Chapli kabab on RU-vid and when they put garlic in the chapli kabab i immediately stop watching that recipe because it shows that they don’t know what is a chapli kabab. Thank you for sharing this authentic recipe with the audience and making this legendary kabab in a perfect way.
Being a Pathan does not mean you inherent this recipe, I am Pathan too and living near to most famous chapli kabab area darra Adam Khail but still did not know the recipe

I tried this. Didn’t have makai ka ataa so used besan, didn’t use chqrby for frying. Ladies and gentleman, this is thE recipe for Chapli. I can say that Chef Afzaal makes each step clear to follow and hence can be made by anyone. Thank you for the effort 10/10

JazakAllah Bhai.. I used to make Chapli kabab with different recipe but my husband didn't like them. Today I made them with this recipe and for my surprise he ate 4 kebabs😂 .. this recipe is authentic.. everyone please must try it and get ready to receive alot of praise ❤

Ajj say 2 year pehle mene apki recipe say fish fry or karahi banai uffffff Meri wah wah hogai uske baad say sirf or sirf apki hi recipe follow Karti hoon or har dafa wah wah hojati hai😂❤️

For those who are skeptical about adding a cooked egg or tomatoes- I made this recipe verbatim and these were the BEST chapli kebabs I’ve had. I added cilantro too. Thank you Afzal bhai.

Bohat kamal ki recipe hai hm ny ye try ki booohat ala kabab bny thy i have ever eat this type of kabab...bohat ziada mazy k thy...hm ny just egg fry kr k add nhi kia wo asy hi add kr dia tha aur vegetable oil main kabab cook kia thy.... Thanks alot bhai for this amazing recipe

I tried this recipe today, and after tweaking the ingredients, it turned out to be the best chapli kabab I've ever cooked. For testing purposes, I made the first one in a frying pan, which was not particularly pleasant; however, once I heated the oil to the desired temperature, the taste was fantastic; it was as if I were eating it at a restaurant. I added the Ajwain powder and it definitely increased the taste. Please keep in mind that I did not fry with fat oil, but rather with coconut oil. I didn't add the eggs. Thank you for sharing this recipe.
Tried so many other recipes of chapli Kabab, but this man explains it so well. Meine biryani bhi banana bhi bhai ap se hi seekha tha aur isi trhan ye chapli kabab bhi bht ache baney. Bht ache se apne explain kia. Bht ache baney mere kabab aur mazedar baney.
