Chapli Kabab is a tasty and popular dish from Pakistan. It's like a special kind of flat, round patty made from minced meat, usually beef or lamb. What makes it special is the yummy spices and ingredients that are mixed in, like ginger, garlic, chilies, and various herbs. They're cooked on a hot surface, so they get all crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside.
People love chapli kabab because they're super flavorful and have a unique, smoky taste. They're often served with fresh naan bread, salad, and sometimes a tangy sauce. It's a dish loved by many and makes for a delicious treat!
Today I am sharing how to make three types of chapli kabab with one mixture. I also want to share a technique for making the perfect thickness, size, and shape of chapli kabab.
