Because I saw the whole video on Police Activity and it was very clear that this cop was putting a plan in place the moment he pulled that bundle of cash out of the guys pocket. It was rather telling to see the cop unwittingly protecting his squads door with his body right up until the moment they found his stash. That was a major give-away. The premeditation and actions taken to deceive were definitely not 'just one of those things' like a 10 year old stealing a chocolate bar from the corner store.

Quick story: My ex father law got caught with a car full of weed and money by PD. Later during he was left stranded in the fields while one cop drove the car he was in and the other cop followed his partner. He walked home and was not arrested 😂
