@@Kaanfight No. The far-right hates Ben Shapiro because he’s a staunch Zionist. They think people like him have infiltrated Christian white conservatism and made it more gay. Shapiro became popular with college centrists.
Let's say, hypothetically, that you're right and speech is violence. Now, I speak at colleges and people go to college to learn. Given that learning is fun and a gladiator is one who commits acts of violence for entertainment, I am, by definition, a gladiator. Therefore, according to your own logic, you are entertained, are you not?
The idea that the left HATES Shapiro is so phenomenally out of touch. He is literally an endless well of unintentional comedy. He has done more to bring people over the left of the center line than any policy debate could. Ben is the ultimate caricature of self defeating, hapless, nescience on the right; it'd be too on the nose if it were anywhere in fiction. He is the Ignatius T. Reilly of RU-vid sycophants, and it is PERFECT.
When Ben enters a room, every p-word immediately dries up. Fun fact, his nickname for his wifes vajine is "galts gulch". A reference taken from his favorite author, Ayn Rand.
I don’t know anyone on the left who doesn’t at least low key love Ben Shapiro. Absolutely nobody is “mad” or “triggered” by his facts and logic shtick. He is the living embodiment of sideshow bob stepping on rakes, endlessly humiliating himself in unbelievable ways at the centre of town square. No other right wing pundit has made me laugh out loud like he has. He is great.
"Why don't you come to my trailer and you can tell me all about the yamaka Mr Shapiro...." **Moments later** "Very good Mr Shapiro..... just like that, it's all in the neck Mr Shapiro"
Ben Shapiro in a conversation with people who actually know what they're talking about, instead of college students, would have the same effect. And I say this as an actual right winger.
@@Instigatin Perhaps but he espouses some stuff that shows he believes a lot of his own bullshit even when he contradicts himself he just rearranges the narrative in his head. Like just off the top of my head crying about 'identity politics' while wearing a yarmulke and being completely unself aware
@@simonmcnamee619 you probably can but baby Ben was wearing it as a cultural signifier while moaning about SJWs and identity politicians using identity as reason or as a tactic. Plus he'd have to be Orthodox which he is not he may fall in line with Israeli propaganda but he is not out there living by he Torah or the Tanakh
And *called him a left winger*. Anyone who knows Andrew Neil would laugh their arse off at this. He's as much of a left winger as Bill Cosby is a feminist.
@@marcuswalters8093 Did you see his attempt at making a UK version of OANN? I haven't seen such a dramatic crashing and burning since the Hindenburg visited New Jersey.
Yo thank you for confirming this is more than just an annoying thing noticed/specifically towards my account, I've tried multiple extensions and even tried to learn this "javascript" and css thing all the kids talk about to influence/hide certain bs "algorithm" recommendations, the result of which...is apparently nothing because "next up" is Bankruptcy by John Oliver... Can't wait to see how the topic is somehow insulated from the base material organization enforced by capitalism. Just kidding, never watching that shit.
@@leorickt.9604 true but i dunno if they really share the same views on things like women and tradwifes and the pillars of their world-view that ensure the conservative incles future remaining an incel.
@@kap1618 Yeah I dunno, I think to the average person he probably looks like a college kid, his ideology is basically as coherent as any 25 year old kid off the streets
the fact that both his parents are conservatives and worked in hollywood, destroyed the premise of his first book and they never lived in a two bedroom home
a dealer is literally an entrepreneur, just an illegal one. the dealer is a part of the value-creation chain as he is involved in bringing a commodity to market.
I haven't watched the video, but the scene described with Ben Shapiro taking trans people to task with "why don't you identify as older" is hilarious to me. What? That's all philosophical final form of conservatism can muster? How is this not just a dead ideology?
Note that Ben had to ask that person their age because it was not outwardly apparent; the student could have self-identified as any number of ages and Ben would have no way of verifying that answer. FURTHERMORE, age is CONSTANTLY changing, or fluid if you will.
24:50 Ben's analogy is specious for a couple reasons, but one is that time has an accepted, gradated system of measurement that gender does not. We can say that something takes one hour, fifty-seven minutes, and thirty-two seconds to occur; we cannot say that someone is "male" to the tune of 14.375 degrees or 18 milipascals or 400 megagenders or anything similar. So if, in Ben's world, gender is "male" or "female" with nothing in between, then for him to be consistent he would also have to claim that human ages are either "young" or "old", with no room for gradation or self-determination.
Look, this is easier than you're making it: just keep introducing the little dumpling as "Classically trained violinist, Ben Shapiro" and the anti-intellectuals will either start to dislike him or start to tolerate the complexities and harmonies of classical music.
I just keep looking at the walls in that theatre, some cool looking acoustic treatment Also I guess Ben Shapiro is there too, but it’s hard to tell because he’s so short
Ben Shapiro is like Joseph Goebbels wearing a yamaka and acting Jewish trying to convince millions of people that the cattle car is on its way to a vacation in the Bahamas. He literally thinks that yamaka on his head gives him license to hate brown people or to ask questions that people who hate brown people would want him to ask. My grandfather told me to watch out for people who think and say that they're smart. And watch out especially for people who think and say that they're the smartest. So now you got a guy who thinks he's the smartest and he thinks he'ss got it all figured out, but he's being funded and given talking points by some of the richest and most racist people in the country. Sonderkommando... and that's being generous.
Benny Boy's no gladiator. He'd more likely piss himself before entering a gladiator fight and be killed off right away without having a chance to fight.
And naturally someone who can stick to that narrow format and not have that captured mind to veer beyond that is going to be well received. And yes I will say people like Ben Penishead has done very well in that engagement, but please when will we move on from a bunch of guys in powdered wigs.
We live in this very sad part of history the last two centuries or so, where all of political philosophy and thaught is trapped in this unholy lIke worship of the American constitution. I'm not saying the American constitution is not worthy to be a building document, but to think in hundred years or if ever in the future that nothing can be worthy to stand in its presence, or dare I say in eclipsing it, we live in a weird end of history where we are told we can never surpass what was done TWO AND A HALF FUCKING DECADES ago that our live meant to be lived in splendid infinate animation, has been some kind of perverse perserve of some fucking train set model.
