I like how they made it so you can earn the toona ink from just regular chests. That was about my only complaint with the cosmic chests from last season. Very excited to check this season out!

It does feel kind of weird to have so many meme skins in what is already building up to be one of the darker seasons, but overall the BP is quite good. The best part by far has to be the return of actual secret skins.

Not going to lie but, I think I like this season the most than the previous one. I'm season 7 chpt2 was a blast ( besides the ufos) but to be honest I'm more into like fantasy style themes, something that has artistic ways and culture mix to it.

@@CyunnyBunny nah, even when I play later on. I’m still stuck in the Fortnite Chapter 1 world lol. I’m not competitive nor will I ever see myself as it. I do have a decent amount of wins however I just don’t enjoy doing the most. Therefore I’m happy there’s a thing called bot lobbies so I can just chill and level up. All I mostly do now is play party Royale.

This...might be the worst BP this chapter for me. The three girls look fine, but not really special, you know? The other ones...hoh boy. Toon fishstick? Horse guy? Monkey cosmonaut? Carnage? There's almost no unifying theme to this pass, not even a broad one like Hunters or Primal. It really feels like they threw it together at the last minute, and they just took a bunch of random skins they were working on and made it into a BP.

I love how ironic it is that Fortnite decided to make the Charlotte skin concept a battle pass skin. Not to mention the hype in Genshin right now with raiden shogun, that everyone is trying to pull for. It’s coincidently similar in their style. The sword emote just gives it away, as raiden pulls it from her chest and Charlotte pulls it from her hand. They did this same thing to luxe with lifeline from apex legends. No hate, I just noticed it, I still love the skin.

My opinion on the new season: 10/10 The skins: Very cool skins with easy to earn edit styles The secret skin looks like it isn’t a collab The loot pool: A very fun and balanced pool with some fun weapons (I love the new mini gun) The map: HUGE nostalgia vibes with the husks from season 6 (and stw) A slipstream from season 9 Kevin but lots and it’s only been a day

We're missing two music packs, the instrumental versions of Flake That and Space Chimp called Flake This and Astro Ape. Apparently they're supposed to come with the normal versions when you unlock them in the BP. Unless they sell them in the shop, which idk if that's a good thing or not, since they have Battle Pass tags on them.
