@Anthony Carlucci It is on Steam, I think. But the game LISA The Painful isn't Buddy's game, you play as her adoptive father Brad, on a journey to rescue her after being kidnapped. The game Buddy is from is LISA the JOYFUL, an sequel/expansion to Painful. In order to understand some events, I recommend you play LISA the FIRST, too.

You haven't played LISA: the Joyful have you? That is actually a move you can do in that game. It gives the enemy the flustered stat which stuns them for a set amount of turns.
