Ooh that's a great idea! A growth ray that stops short of what he was aiming for! That would be a great first impression in an entrance animation 1) Explaining why he's sized up, 2) Showing he's a scientist inventor guy, and 3) That he typically makes a few mistakes - And it's sort of a callback yeah!
Absolutely fantastic and well thought out. The cartoon references and ideas were on point 100%! And now that NASB2 is announced with Squidward, Jimmy Neutron and Ultimate Moves I can’t wait to see what awaits!
A mechanic for Sandy's dome similar to the KoF stage in Smash would be fun! So you get to bounce around but with high enough knockback you crack through the dome. It could have water poor in making the gravity lower until the dome fixes itself and drains the water with the toilet flush sandy used to flush her tears.
Some really great ideas in here! I never knew about some stuff in here at all, like I've never seen any Globs of Doom gameplay at all and I have never even heard of or seen Misty from Teenage Robot, she looks cool! Dark Danny is soooo cool, yeah lotta great stuff in here, proud of you and glad you finally got part one out! 💚
Stuff I'd really like for the sequel... +As many new franchises as they can realistically add in the base game. I get the impression the game creators have a lot of restrictions and aren't free to get every character they want for licensing problems, but I think if they get the chance to use new series and characters, they should add them as soon as possible. +A story mode. Probably a little difficult, but not impossible. +At least one new game mode. Not sure what, but I'm sure they could make one. I have more hopes for that than a story mode, personally. +Expansions on the current series rosters. We've already had Squidward and Jimmy hinted at, how about the other Ninja Turtles and at least one more Loud sister? And stuff I DON'T want, all based on Nick Kart Racers 3... -Characters locked behind awkward achievements. Looking at you, Helga requiring 15 online races to be won when even getting online is difficult enough as is. -Real-life people. JoJo Siwa didn't work in Kart Racers, keep her and anyone else out of Brawl. -Alt costumes as separate characters. I don't think this will happen, but I don't even get why it was a thing in Kart Racers 3.

Great video! Plenty of awesome ideas all around and it's nice to see you pull inspirations from other platform fighters and even traditional fighters like Street Fighter If I'm able to bring some ideas to the mix, because Garfield already takes plenty of inspiration from Garfield and Friends, perhaps there could be some representation of US Acres/Orson's Farm. Not necessarily having Orson as a playable character, but perhaps a stage based on the farm with the main characters as background cameos could be fun. Also from Jimmy Neutron I feel there's a lot of potential for characters. Carl and Sheen could work rather well. Jimmy has so many inventions that it'd be difficult to have them all in his moveset, so perhaps Carl and Sheen could use the ones from their centric episodes for more risk-reward movesets. They could also have moves based on their obsessions with llamas and Ultra Lord respectively. I also assume Planet Sheen has stuff that can be used but like... No. Also some of the recurring Jimmy Neutron villains could work for playable characters as well. Also with the constant mention of the Nicktoons games, it could be really meta to have stuff taken from the prior Nickelodeon crossovers. The Nicktoons games do have some locations that could work for stages for sure, but imagine we had the ship from Rugrats Gone Wild or Retrodimmsdaleville from Jimmy Timmy Power Hour 3. I just really like the idea of a crossover referencing older crossovers
For the crossover aspect I really hope we just have something like arcade mode endings with fun situations. Could work in an actual story mode too but one I'd love to see is one of the turtles having an arcade ending where they fight 2003 shredder (assuming different versions could be skins) but instead of Chrell in the suit it's Zim

I feel like when we start discussing Fred the Fish as a possible choice, we're leaving the realm of realism behind lol, but I suppose that's the fun of a video like this. For me, I think the original Nick Brawl, after DLC, honestly got every single must-have, so whatever new additions are just gravy at this point. Though, if I could add any characters, I think villain characters could add a lot of spice, so I personally root for Vlad, Azula and Tak as my top 3.
Yeah, me too a bit! Luckily they squeezed in Gir's dog disguise in some of the selectable profile pictures, but I do hope that next time Zim's disguise alt also has Gir in disguise too!
I don't think they ever would do a rise TMNT rep, merchandising wise it was a failure and the fandom is still split on if they like it or not. The 80s turtles will remain the "main" turtles in games and crossovers until Nick has another hit like the 2012 series because they are a safe pick with tons of nostalgia. Loved the video by the way was really indepth and shows you have a ton of passion for this game. As someone who wants Larry the lobster unironically just for his CPR move I appreciate him getting mentioned. So many great ideas for stages, and variants really impressed, and you reminded me we don't have a krusty krab stage.
I personally really want Mermaid Man and Barnacle Boy, I think they have a lot of potential for a moveset despite how little they appear. However with their voice actors having passed away I highly doubt we’ll get them.

For the conch st. stage they could go the little Mac route and have you input a code to get a different variant. For the Krusty Krab it could be like terry’s stage in ssbu.
By the way you should’ve brought up like more taunts & victory poses for the characters because even though I did like how each character from the first game has one taunt & victory poses But I would like to see more of them and also, I would like to have reached the characters have there own victory theme from what Series there from and I would like to hear the announcer say the winner is (character name)

honestly, your description of Zuko and Azula is kinda the opposite of how I'd imagine them - Zuko is the more hotheaded one while Azula is more calculating. This is kinda reversed in the final battle but that's because Azula is going through some stuff mentally. I also wouldn't give Zuko any lightning attacks, but depending on how much Azula uses it they could still function as clones with those lightning moves swapped out for sword stuff or something.
Oh interesting! Yeah, she's definitely going through stuff at the end, I guess I figured them in Nick Brawl could be mainly designed around where they ended up after their evolutions, but maybe it would be best and more in-character to design them in other ways! Either way, they can both be so neat!
Well originally I was hoping to make these, my Nicktoons Crossover Retrospective, and my Nick Brawl "What we know so far" all one big past present and future focused video! I started writing thoughts into some sort of script after seeing the announcement trailer two years ago! Then I split the videos up, and then the game came out and I changed up my script, and I had a tough semester that I worked harder to survive and maybe only drew a few ideas, DLC characters came around and I had new ideas so I edited the original script again haha Ooh I remember I was sort of rushing to get a video out before Jenny was released that I'm glad I let go because it would have been a sloppier more rushed and smaller version of these three. I mean, none of this is that big a deal, but I am glad I took time and got to polish these into more of what I wanted with more ideas I liked popping in and included as recently as like maybe last week haha - So yeah! I've been wanting to share some ideas and drawings from these videos like Vlad's moves or how some stages might work since like...the original announcement trailer two-ish years ago!

Like as a fighter? Could be fun! In earlier scripts I was going to go into some moves he could do, yeah, he does some fun stuff in his episodes and stuff and could probably have some fun disjointed juggles with the big pencil he used in his debut! I end up talking about him as a stage hazard instead and a bit later in Part 3, but yeah, could be fun!
I really don’t like the krusty krab concept art you drew, it feels less like you’re fighting in the Krusty krab and more like your just fighting in final destination with a Krusty Krab skin
How about they replaced Garfield with a non-nick character who was on Nickelodeon, like Earthspark Optimus Prime, or a Smurf, or even Skipper from the Penguins of Madagascar series. Or how about replacing the 87 Turtles (Who outside of the 2012 crossovers, never aired on Nickelodeon, thus making them non nick characters), with either the Rise versions, or… (and this one’s the most logical choice.) the Mutant Mayhem versions of the Ninja Turtles, in order to promote the new movie that’s coming out this August.
