@@webwithkdr9246 Pakistani Punjabis are color conscious and care about outward appearance fashion clothing even men in cities mostly. marathi is an insult in panjab for people not well mannered and have kaallaa color unpleasant features. Pathans and Kashmiris also have same thinking like punjabis about color outward appearance clothing and manners. People of Azad Kashmir wear name brand clothing only. Earthquake in 2005 they said take all donations back we are used to name brand high quality clothing only

may peace be upon you ۔ I belong to Faisalabad region of Punjab, Pakistan. Before 1947, we lived in village Rahana, district Hoshiarpur ( پنڈ رہا نہ ضلع ہوشیارپور) in Indian Punjab . If I ever get a chance, I will definitely come to India.

Sardarji Indian Punjab was reorganised in 1966 and Haryana state was created out of it, plus some districts of Punjab mergered with Himachal. This reorganisation was done on the demand and agitation by Akali Dal which represents Sikhs. So you should not rue about Indian Punjab being reduced to this size. Further Punjab was number one state in India for per capita income due to its agricultural income and also due to industry in Amritsar, Ludhiana and Jalandhar but Khalistan movement in eighties resulted in flight of capital from Punjab to other states. Now Punjab stand down in this order. Haryana carved out of Punjab and GDP almost double the size of Punjab. Punjabies are hard working and full of entrepreneur spirit but peace is the first condition for prosperity. The way there is agitation against migrant laberores and Punjabies themselves migrating abroad I doubt that Punjab has a great future.

Further the population % of all religion are remain the same of India Punjab only name changed to state but people are everywhere with the following their religion but the Pakistan Punjab had only remains 3% for other religion, I have surprised to see whenever they meet their old partion brother or sister or relative in youtube for Pakistani earlier used to be sikh, hindu etc now those are become muslims..but thanks God in our India everyone kept their faith and no one force them to covert to any other religion or sect...

Very nice and heart touching video. Tuwada Dhanyawaad, Sardar Jee. Assi Saray Punjabi Veer haan, chahe, Charda Punjab (East Punjab) huway yaa Lehnda Punjab (West Punjab) huway. As a Pakistani Punjabi living in US now for the past 30+ years, I have made many good friends from Punjab side of India. And I notice, the Punjabi language, its cultural significance, the written and spoken, is much more upheld in Indian side, partly due to Punjabi being religious language of Sikh brothers. Also in Pakistan too, Punjabi culture is alive and well, and Punjabis on both side are the same people, no border line divides us. Our Punjab is your Punjab and your Punjab is also our Punjab. Literally no difference. Hopefully the border lines are softened not only between the Punjab but between both countries entire border line, and people could travel easily and it will benefit everyone.

1920 में पंजाब की तहसील दिल्ली को पंजाब से अलग किया गया और 1947 में बटवारा होने से आधे से ज्यादा पंजाब पाकिस्तान के पास चला गया और 1 नवंबर 1966 को हरियाणा और हिमाचल भी पंजाब से अलग कर दिए गए। पंजाब के गांव को उजाड़ कर बनाया गया चंडीगढ़ भी पंजाब को नही मिला।

Indian Punjab me 3% muslim. Himachal Pradesh me bhi 2% muslim. Haryana me 9% muslim Delhi me 15% muslim. Lekin Pakistani Punjab me sirf 0.2% Hindus & Sikhs hai.

Most of our states were reorganized on the basis of languages spoken. It kinda became a trend after Andhrapradesh was born from then state called Madras. Then under The States Reorganization Act, 1956, the Madras state was reorganized into the states of Kerala, Mysore and Madras. Because they spoke different languages like Malayalam, Kannad, and Tamil respectively. This trend went viral just like dumb tiktok videos do now and Punjab was reorganized. Indian Punjabs history is interesting. On 1st Nov 1956, 8 princely states were merged under The States Reorganization Act, 1956. Then on 1st Nov 1966, Punjab was further reorganized under The Punjab Reorganization Act 1966, that's how Haryana and Himachal Pradesh were born because they spoke Haryanvi and Pahadi languages respectively.
