Just a quick note to some, if your power supply does not turn on when you short the green wire to ground, or very briefly comes on and turns off again, put a load on the supply before turning it on. Some supplies will not operate without a load.

Try checking the voltage outputs while using the blue wire as your negative. Yellow-positive and blue negative give 24 volts. Red positive and blue negative give 17 volts. Orange positive and blue negative give 15 volts. For some reason using the blue wire as a negative will increase the output voltage on everything.
