Archery California Hog Hunt “Out West Off Season” Part 1 S08/10
The OO team joined the OutWest Outdoors crew and Kris Christensen from Spot Hogg Archery for an action packed offseason archery California hog hunt. On a warm June morning the crew heads out with their boys to bring home the bacon. Finding these “off season” hunts allows for a person to get out in the field more. We all know archery is hard and when you can get more opportunities to use your bow, making and blowing stalks it only makes you more effective once the next big game season rolls around. With the wide open rolling hills of Cali, spot and stalk seems to be the best method to hunt these hogs. Once they find the pigs, lets just say its a target rich environment and the arrows are quickly in low supply.
