Yes it can charge a laptop BUT it is advised to not use the laptop or only do light work while using USB-c auxiliary charging. If your load exceeds 100w then the battery may instead discharge while charging or if its slightly lower at like 80w then it'd run hotter and may go into a loop where it charges up and gets used down, either of the case will lead to higher battery degradation rate. The laptop chargers are generally much higher power at 150w+ which mean no matter the load, the battery will only charge up and it won't use up its limited no. of cycles (a cycle is a loop from higher battery level to lower battery level and then back to higher level). Another reason why you should prefer to use the charger is the fact that almost all modern laptops chargers bypass the battery and directly provide power to the laptop once the battery is full which is probably not true with USB-c aux charging, hence saving your battery life. So yea, use the usb-c aux but keep these points in mind, including other battery tips like when travelling only charging till like 80% and other stuff. I call it USB-c aux because some laptops only have usb-c charging port, in that case none of this applies.
That charger does support pd 65w(20v*3.25a) pd , but it won't give the 120w it uses xiaomi own protocols so using a 67w xiaomi charger is the same as using this on a laptop
No, you can't. Many laptop with usb c charger using power delivery protocol. For realme, it using dart protocol. If you want to charge your laptop with mobile charger, you have to ensure it also has power delivery protocol.
