Charice held her very first Solo Concert in the United States of America at the Eastern States Exposition (Big E) in West Springfield of the Massachusetts State.
West Springfield is located west of Boston and to the North East of New York City within an hour or two driving distance.

I don't think we should blame the band so harshly. The problem is that they didn't have that much time to rehearse with Charice (the fact that they had to adjust the tempo more than one time as she was singing). Also I have the feeling they were so impressed by her that they kind of got intimidated. Maybe they even got stage fright knowing they had been chosen to perform with Charice...

What can I say? Charice has all the poise and to adjust to the band which obviously was probably on tune but pacing quite fast. Didn't they have rehearsals? Maybe not. Charice was thrown into a so called first live performance in the US and fortunately pulled it through. Charice kept looking at the back at the band but went on just the same. I hope it wasn't something just to challenge Charice who could have made a fool of herself with the wrong music played by the band.

I don't know many performers that can sing pitch perfect when the band in the background is having a hard time staying in tune with the score itself as well as adjusting to tempo. What a Pro!!! Once again she saved the situation. She just proved everybody right there who the most talented girl in the world is, and the winner is.... CHAAARRRIIICE. She is indeed not a Diva but a Supa'Diva. Any other current Diva would have complained about it. Charice her, she keeps on singing and save the day.

wow, at 2:34 when Charice notices that the band is a little lost, she immediately cuts off the lyric to follow the band...no pause or anything like that....so professional, a musical genius!

And one more thing manroejake, I also noticed that her diction has dramatically improved including her short interaction with the audience after each performance. Charice is a born comic and she acts so natural on stage. And yes, her delivery is more varied. Her interpretation of "And I'm Telling You" here is more powerful and soulful despite the lame backup.

I wonder if David Foster know this band? they're just lucky the concert wasn't held in the Philippines...coz for sure they are gonna be butchered out to death by the Filipinos as soon as they step out of the concert venue hahaha

Oh... My.. God.... The band totally sucked!!! I didn't know a band in an even like this can suck soooo bad.... The conductor is totally clueless... If I was Charice, I would've kicked their ass... each one of em. If Charice's voice wasn't so awesome, this show totally would've sucked. Charice just saved the day for this band. God bless you Charice. You just proved you can rock the house down even with a band as lousy as this. Amazing.

1:53 - 2:07 Charice look back, the band cant get the tempo. Charice has a good hearing, she knows if something's wrong, she try to correct it as much as possible.

It's really discusting, so amateur they dont know how to blend the songs, sorry for this band they need to get fired....But still charice did the good performance, she has a fantastic voice, good range, she can go to the highest peak of the tune, wonderful job!!! the conductor is really stund the way charice performe on stage, Drummers and the rest of his band not good, tbe back ground music really horrbile.. but charice do her first Solo concert in success.. that's why i adore him and now I'm one one of her Big fans in US

The conductor, drummer and the whole music ensemble was terrible. Thank goodness, Charice is incredible! The conductor kept on looking at Charice and that's fine coz she's very good, but he wasnt doing a good job.

I don't know but the band tried to sabotage Charice to no avail. They made it subtle and make Charice falter but no, Charice took it all in a stride to finish it to a good one. So hard for Charice but she made out of the stupid intentional musical bandits.

dont blame the band. They are as astounded as some of the those who are there with how she performs all the songs in her repertoire. They are watching instead of doing their job. Distracted with disbelief may be.

well, it does sound like the tempo was a bit fast and they don't seem to get the right appropriate pace. the conductor is basing the tempo on Charice's speed but that would be an error since No One is sang in a deliberate off-pace lyrics but in a consistent music tempo. guess the band wasn't familiar playing No One.

charice still has inhibitions. she doesn't want to have her pants falling down to her hips and showing her midriff, hence she always pulls her pants up although she probably knew that the jeans is low waisted. (my 2 cents)

The drummer was horrible!!! It seemed like he didnt know what he was doing, was hesitating, seemed like he didnt know how to read his notes. David Foster should have had his own band play for Charice.

guys just watch in about 7:55, the conductor wasn't there, but when she look at her, he came back quickly and do his fucking job, proving that this band sucks... charice is always at his best. Worst band + Best Singer... Hmmmm Wtf.. I vote Charice 4 best RECOVERY OF THE WORST BANSD!!!
