I like how she takes the song and adds a little of Celine's rendition, a little of the original cover but adds on her own vocal prowess on it. You can't deny she's got good control over her vocals especially on the subtle deep notes where its sultry all the way to the high notes in the climax. Yeah, I was floored hearing this performance with David Foster. Totally agree with Roman in that I'm a sucker for a great vocal performance. The beginning part of your videos with you guys discussing how to refer to Charice after her transition to Jake is flat-out hilarious but a good ice breaker to the wow factor that is Charice Pempengco!

Soon after Ellen got hold of her and was invited to the show, not long after Oprah guested her and end up with David Foster. Best voices are debatable. But, Charice is simply the best live performer that I have heard. So many perfect and sublime executions, standing ovation, after standing ovation. Unbelievable.

If you want to know how Jake feels about Charice, he sings a duet with her like Natalie Cole did when she sang with her father. Jake doesn't have the same dynamism in his singing but he is very good. That is David Foster he wrote the song. All that power out of a 4'8" tall, 90 lb. body, it's a miracle of physics. Fun Fact, Davjd Foster is now married to Kathrine Mcphee, I think I spelled her name correctly.

He is a he now. Sadly, he's not well received by Filipinos these days because Philippines is still a very conservative country in terms of gender. It's a tough glass ceiling to crack. If Japan learned how to manufacture electronics and South Korea learned how to create beats perfecly, the Philippines is a factory of singers. Every household/clan has at least one singer
