I was like "that was lot of foooodddsssss!!!!" When I fast, yes I feel hungry and and want to eat everything. But truthfully, after just a drink of water, I already feel full 😅 But yeah, it's good to see you to try fasting

Hi Charis ! It's really amazing what you are doing as a non-muslim. In the video you siad you will try to fast every year so really want you to try this during sahur so before you go to sleep take some dates and put it in warm water this is to make it soft then the morning when you wake up take the dates and keluarkan the seed pour some milk into your blender and blend it with the date with no seed and youre done ! Hope you will try this milk it keep me more energetic than eating rice during sahur
For melah kalau taknak lapar and penat untuk puasa time sahur better amik makanan yang ringan2 macam gandum (nestum,oat)/roti,kuih muih,horlicks,kurma and minum a lot of mineral water or anything yang ringan. For me too kalau makan berat such as nasi time sahur,siangnya i akan jadi lagi lapar and penat. But depends on people sebab kadang2 ada orang gastrik memang takboleh skip makan nasi ☺️
Hello... im actually told that how muslims can survive when fasting is because we have speacial feeling which we can prevent from looking at something that attract us as example is a food especially, our opposite gender, goodies etc.. so reason we are fasting for month is because we was teach to be a good person during the month and it is compulsory for muslims..... thats why!!

Onde-onde??? In Indonesia especially in Jawa that name is 'klepon'... Onde-onde in Indonesia warna dia coklat muda, dalam dia kacang hijau, dan ada wijen Kat atas onde-onde tu... But kita kan serumpun, so patutlah sama nama kan... I'm sorry if you not understand... I speak on Bahasa Melayu... If you not understand wijen, you can search on Google...😂😂 You are best!😘
depends on which region, In Kalimantan, Sulawesi and i believe in Sumatra as well, Onde-Onde is the greeny ball with brown sugar inside and coconut outside. pretty much similar to Malaysian onde-onde.

For me and i think all muslim the first to the fifth day is the most difficult bcoz our body is still learning not to have a food and drinks on the day.... After a week of puasa... It will be just "a piece of cakes"....
