Great to have had the opportunity to chat with Graham McCormack on Charity Radio.
After being bullied for most of his adolescence, Graham started abusing drugs heavily at a very early age resulting in his life spiralling out of control. After several stints in various psychiatric clinics, temporary salvation came in the form of martial arts, when Graham competed internationally in MMA. Unfortunately, alcohol and substance abuse were never far away, and he plunged back into darkness after suffering a crushing career-ending defeat.
Through family support, education and many psychology tools, including mindfulness and DBT, Graham dramatically turned his life around. A proud father, Graham has found a new lease of life through his sobriety and is currently hosting a number of online seminars/workshops to help people on their journey. A remarkably honest story of courage and tenacity.
