I think you're right about the cups and saucers being a wedding gift; the decorations are the shapes of confetti which was thrown over the couple as they came out of the church. The Hutschenreuther plate is very pretty, Mirabell is the pattern name, i'm sure Lee's Nan will love it. Your pretty pink floral dress is from the Esprit clothing brand, great finds as always Kate 😊

Hutschenreuther is one of Germany’s best quality porcelain makers. I paid squillions for one of their dinner services when I first married, in 1966. Nothing has broken and it is still worth squillions. You were very lucky to find this adorable plate, lucky Granny! The name is pronounced Hoots (as in hoots mon) shin roy ter.

Everything is lovely Kate. I think the tea cups might be a special order . They are lovely but hurry up and drink your tea out of them, those cups let your tea go cold quickly! You do so well in charity shops, you really are a super shopper! The home grown flowers are gorgeous, all my favourite colours.

I loved them little tea cups you got and the glass vase aswel. Did you know that Morrison's have got kath kidson shopping bags in i bought 2 of them there really nice aswel. Think it cos me £2.50 hope you have a lovely week, and fingers crossed this weather picks up a bit as its been really miserable and cold xx
