Charity shops shouldn't be trying to compete with gaming shops; as you said, lower prices = better revenue. Looking forward to the video of rejuvenating the Snes box 👍
Cheers Huddison ! Went round some charity shops today for a future vid, good job a CeX and cash convertors were there 🙄😏 Looking forward to seeing how that game box comes out myself !!!! 😀😉
Quite correct, Rare/ Ultimate. Sim City, played that for hours and hours, great game. Probably super difficult to play that Ghouls 'n Ghosts game, very good, an very challenging.
I never find anything decent in my local charity shops, you are lucky, great video, as always, look forward to your next one documenting your mission of polishing a turd. 😂 (great game though!)
Shame about the charity shop prices. I agree with you that at a slightly lower price it would likely fly off the shelf and speed up their turnover. That copy of Aladdin looked v nice mate 😍. Bit odd about the capcom thing; same with super street fighter 2 (capcom logo not showing and it’s name is hidden in the small print). Fab vid amigo 👍👍
Charity shops are onto it now, cant remember last time I got anything from charity shops, heard most of their gaming stuff they get given in now goes online for auction/sale. Can't blame them, way too many resellers out and about that have ruined it for genuine collectors 😣
Valid point matey 😀 Went round some charity shops today for a future video, luckily there was a CeX and Cash Convertors type shop that made up for the lack of games !!!!!
My local charity shop has a set blanket price for all games / blu-rays etc... should they get a console in or Lego for example they will check prices, if its expensive.... they will list on ebay, if its not (let's say £50 and under) they will sell in the shop. A great topic of discussion though mate as we all want charities to receive as much money as possible, but sometimes that can be through letting the items go at a good price, in my case through repeat business. And ultimately if you go to a charity shop you don't expect to pay ebay prices especially when some items are only PAT tested and not function tested.
Thanks for your input ! Means a lot as been following your channel for ages ! Love your videos and thanks for swinging by and watching, means a lot, appreciated 😎
Nice pickups buddy. The charity shop prices are awkward. I agree they should be cheaper as its all profit for them and no hassle and costs of listing on ebay and I think it will encourage more walk in custom
