Finally another installment of the only reason all of you guys subscribed/watch me in the first place (if that's the case please unsub) Pokemon Showdown Salt! Today we use a trash sun team on the Pokemon Showdown OU Ladder with Charizard and a cute Espeon strategy that this toxic guy on the Smogon OU ladder didn't like very much... We also have some bonus VGC salt for you guys who have wanted me to bless the bland VGC scene with my iconic meme teams.

Now I’ll just say this now, I’m not subbed and this was just a video I saw from recommendations. I have to say I did enjoy the video, seeing Pokémon sets from channels like yours are so creative and when it beats “meta” builds or use Pokémon that are “not good” brings a smile to my face. So I understand the humour of winning against people that insult your build but that second battle where the trainer recognized you but then kinda threw shade at the work you do I felt a bit sad for you. I doubt something like that would effect you but doing videos like what you do, like you said In Your pinned comment, hours of work that goes into a small video..people don’t really understand the effort it really takes. That’s why I’m posting this comment to say I appreciate the work you did.this coming from a stranger that is not subbed to your channel expecting this kind of content. @@viruschris3160 as the person above me said, that's the set How it works is usually you have a level one rattata (or any pokemon but traditionally rattata), have it get hit and live with its focus sash on one hp, then uses endeavor which makes the target's health match your health (so the opponent has one hp). Then use quick attack which outspeeds most of the time due to priority The only thing that combats this is getting hit twice (multi hit move, doubles battles), ghost types being immune to endeavor and etc. yet it's a cool but known strategy

Because that's the whole point of running Weather Ball on a non-fire type on a sun team- because it's one of the only pokes on the team people would feel good about switching to something weak vs. fire against to try to set up.

I know it's late but, for those who don't know why, at the end, sylveon was using boomburst, it's because boomburst was what was technically being used by the Kommo-O during dynamax, which transformed it into max strike (since copycat can't do dynamax moves, it does what was transformed)
