If you spend $80 a week or even every 2 weeks stopping 4 times as often or twice as often doesn't mean you're using any less gas. Shaq doesn't even realize that $20 will not be half a tank in a vehicle that takes $80 to fill. It would be $40. There is a reason why they're all clowning him for making this argument. smoothcollected Spreading out the purchases will mean less of a hit per day for gas, like it just makes budgeting easier bc you can predict that expense in terms of how much you spend daily, as well as be more prepared for a smaller hit instead of a relatively big hit to your bank account. I def did this in broke times, but ultimately it’s not good for your tank to not keep it at full regularly so i stopped

I am a canadian...don't really like Basketball...but i love Charles and Shaq...!!!!!!!!..I did go to a game here once in Vancouver...Phoenix was up a bunch in the 4th ...Charles is at the free throw line...and he closes his eyes to shoot...cracked me up!!

Shaq has a point on the gas subject that he wasn't mentioning. He's trying to explain the math when actually it is better to fill when you're at half because if you always fill at empty, the crud and sludge builds up to the top, increasing the chance of engine failure. So in a way if you keep filling at half, you keep fresh gas for your engine to consume. He should of made that his argument instead of the math lol
