For some reason I find Charles waking up in the middle of the night because he can sense that Amy is pregnant far funnier than anything else he’s done.
That's the best aspect of Charles, that he isn't afraid of how he comes off in the eyes of others and that's what has been holding us back. We all have a friend (At least I do) who we really care about but are strangled by questions that can be raised about us or how we come off in the process.
"If you're trying to say I somehow ruined Jake's wedding then I'm going to KILL MYSELF." might be one of the funniest lines in the entire series and it's my personal favorite. I like how he doesn't even mention Amy as part of the wedding.

Honestly Boyle and Jake have such a pure friendship. Yeah, Boyle can be creepy at times, but it's obvious that Jake cares about Boyle. Just check the episode "The Last Ride", where they both cry over the possibility of not being partners anymore! Jake also admits in his bachelor party that he didn't enjoy it because Charles was missing for the majority of it. Best bros for sure!
