the OG still has the best look in the pocket series. plus the vintage lenses gives a true film look :)

Hello, great footage. I have the same combo. Could you share your color grading process? Thank you.

Have you tried adapting this to Panasonic cameras?

I did. You have to use 2X digital tele conv

Man, these vintage Russian cine lenses are just PERFECT for folks like me who are big fans of the soft, vintage look. I have a few of these in the Kiev-16u set (Tair, Vega, MIR), and this gorgeous video reminds me that I need to shoot with them more! #SUBSCRIBED

Hi, wonderful footage :). Is there vignetting on wider focal ranges, like between 25-35mm? I consider buying this for my BMCC 2.5. Thanks, M

there is slight vignettes on wider focal lengths (below 25-28mm ish, 35mm is good). But if you go for a 2.4:1 aspect ratio on the bmpcc it goes away. what size is the bmcc 2.5K sensor?

Im almost buying this lens but i'm struggling to find a adapter. Is there a Bayonet Krasnogrosk to MFT adapter? Where can I find it?

Please tell me which adapter is needed to install Meteor 5-1 on the first bmpcc pocket with a micro 4/3 bayonet?

I still do not like this lens, too soft for my taste, especially wide open. I prefer CZJ primes in M42 mount. I had that lens, sold it.

yeah, the Meteor 5-1 I have is practically useless below f5.6 or so :)
@HelpUsSaveLives
@HelpUsSaveLives Год назад
@@mohaps it is just a lousy lens. I seldom shoot ABOVE f5.6 so for me I will never bother using that lens again for any project other than to stabilize my boat on a lake.

@@HelpUsSaveLives haha! :) i use it for experiments and such. Nearly broke my wrist filming this handheld ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-6GUJCRphuMo.html :P But it has a look I like

yeah, i experiment with affordable / cheap vintage lenses. I grew up watching b-films shot on 16mm discarded/expired stock blown up to 35mm -- so I personally like a soft focus/moody color kinda vintage look
