Haha love it. Professor X is a womanizer in this movie. I love his line "It's a genetic mutation, a very groovy genetic mutation." and then he keeps going on about her hair color trying to impress her. All I can say is I wouldn't have reacted the way she did. I would've totally let him hit on me lol
Ashleigh Tompkins Lol I am amazed. But ppl are allowed to fantasize. Just remember, the actual characters aren't gay. It's quite clear the tension comes from both their love for Mystique and only ONE can have her.
Cherik consists of a hot, metal bending man and a telepathic handsome man forced together by destiny and fate together with the universe (you might know it already but I had too 😂😂)
I will miss this Charles Xavier and this Magneto when Disney reworks the whole team. You know damn well, the new characters won't have half this much personality and character. They'll throw out one-liners here and there, but nothing real. It'll be more like "I have famously huge turds" than "Are you on acid?" or "She's 11. I'm fucking 90." Nothing powerful. We won't see the narrative perfection of Magneto crippling Charles. I can't think of a more brilliant way to put Prof X in that chair.
Ha! This is awesome! It's great to still keep finding fanvids of X-Men First Class and see what an impression these characters made on the viewers. Nice job, deserves lots of positive comments.
I love that the majority of the most intense, sexy looks are actually being given to Erik in the context of the scenes they were edited from 😆 Cherik forever!
@@tearsofkore6655 Of course, it all boils down to taste, but McAvoy's broader body of work from the Narnia era is impressive - and there are plenty of fan videos featuring the characters I mentioned: - The arrogant but charming Tom Lefroy in the period drama Becoming Jane (see the Miramax HD clip collection on RU-vid). - The cocky but cute criminal love interest Steve McBride in the UKs Shameless (he's in every episode of Series 1 and episodes 1-4 and 10 of Series 2 plus the Xmas special). - The dishy young gardener/soldier/lover Robbie Turner in Atonement. I personally think he was severely underrated for his harrowing role as Idi Amin's physician in The Last King of Scotland. Those historical roles alone could keep a fan going for 24 hours of screentime - if looking into his baby blue eyes and listening to a range of dulcet accents floats one's boat. I reckon you could even be forever cured of the Mr Tumnus fantasy association (I never formed that link because I had remembered him from the above listed roles).
Other notable movie roles before his infamous moon-faced Xavier in the X-Men series include: - Rory O'Shea in Inside I'm Dancing AKA Rory O'Shea Was here. - Brian Jackson in Starter for 10. - Johnny Martin AKA Max in Penelope. - Wesley A Gibson in Wanted. - Valentin Bulgakov in The Last Station. Much of his subsequent work has been more dark and gritty. More recently, I was drawn to his complex James More spy character in Submergence, which movie was a massive box office flop. Critics didn't like it either but I enjoyed it. I've watched it a few times - admittedly I focused on a half-hour block from around 15 mins in and skipped through most of the distressing hostage scenes. Anyway, there's a long list of fan-favoured movie and TV roles before, in between and since - of which Mr Tumnus is only one. ;-)
