He has an LLC and a non profit (501c) he don’t need to worry about taxes. He can write off all his expenses and use his charitable donations to cover the rest.

I got a lawsuit in MN now with the eeoc, I got called a monkey and was told by the Asian supervisor he going to crack a whip on me, I told HR they fired me next day saying I had poor work performance

He’s not. There are other factors to consider. Is it a job you aren’t willing to lose for a moderate short term gain? Is your town so small that you will run out of job opportunities? Are you trying to do the right thing or just extort a company? Things like that matter as well.

I worked with a few folks that pulled that scam. You gotta be a piece of shit to do that but i cant knock the hustle. Any company can get sued for lacking just a bit on health and safety code violations. Regardless if it puts workers in immediate danger or not, there are rules and codes of conduct that every employee must adhere to. Every employer has to give you paper work to read and sign with company policys.

I'm happy you posted this discussion, I agree, this country is a corporation and we are consumers. It is built for the system to help those who are business owners and entrepreneur's.
