Hell yeah he was. Sadly I learned more in H.S. in Japan then I did here in states. Again best education isn't in our school system. Just pointing facts. True fact: All I needed to graduate 🎓 h.s. was drivers ed my senior year. I took all my elective courses, community service hours and blah blah all in middle school and my first 3 years in high school. If you have kids and you like them to be educated going into military 🪖 and travel or teach properly. Them books don't be telling true facts all the time. Damn I miss History channels and Britannica Encyclopedia.
